We could easily go 10-6

After what I saw tonight on offense, and our defense gradually getting healthier, a 10-6 record is certainly possible, especially with Cam playing well.

I foresee wins against

Seahawks

Cowboys

Redskins

Buccaneers

KC

Atlanta

San Diego

Oakland

New Orleans

Do you really see a non winnable game in there?

Keep your heads up and cheer till you can't cheer any more. We have a good team.

Honestly. I don't think there's a game on our remaining schedule that we flat out CAN'T win. I still have high hopes.

I really want to see Keek moved to the middle and Martin put back in at FS. Other than that, I think we are on the right track.

I don't think we win at NO. I think Chicago and Philly are winnable.....those teams have issues offensively

And we could also bring the 10 point offense that we show cased vs Tampa or the 7 point offense that we show cased vs the Giants.

Not consistent enough for that sort of record.

Only if Stewart is hurt. We are consistant with him.....glaringly different without

    • Kalkbrenner and Sion James received regular contracts and not two ways, so the Hornets have some work to do to cut the roster size down.
    • Gustavsson would be insane. I think we would have to break the bank to afford that move. Which, I don't think is necessarily a bad idea. Ultimately, Freddie isn't likely to be around more than a couple of seasons more. We can all agree that unless they have a fleet of sports psychologists working on Kochetkov, he will never be capable of getting his head on straight enough to compete.
    • I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.
