Cam has missed no less than 4 wide open check downs, including Olsen at least twice.

Yeah, it's hard to decide whether 89 or 1 is our most underperforming offensive player so far. But to be fair to 89, he got shafted on that PI that wasn't called in the first quarter. At the least, calling that penalty would have put us deep in Seattle territory.

Cam is playing one of the worst games of his career.

Only reason he doesn't have 2 ints is because the defense dropped them.

IMO, Newton has been the one off. The receivers aren't playing that well, but Newton's accuracy is awful today.

I'll say it again- the read option cutesy bull poo never really allows a QB to get in a rhythm. Thats why no one does it

Agreed. And there is too much speed on defense for it to consistently work.

Can someone tell me why cam can't find open receivers

Young QB facing a fierce pass rush with certain O-lineman making major mistakes in pass blocking. One of the problems has been removed from the game, so expect a little more time for Cam to pass in the second half. Cam still sometimes makes his reads slowly and lacks some confidence.
