Brandon "Dat Deal" LaFell

he's an... okay... #2

optimal situation would be to have two top end guys like Atlanta has and have him as the #3

if Smitty retires and he ends up as our #1? good lord

This, we need a legit number 1 and have him be the relief wr. Good thing we couldnt draft Blackmon tho lol.

Yea but he got walked down in the 1st half. Would've been an automatic TD if he had some more speed.

Same can be said for the second best WR to ever play for the Panthers in Moose. He got walked down on a regular basis, but his value as a chain mover was incredible.

I would love to see LaFell add about ten to fifteen pounds of muscle and become a first down guy because his hands are very strong.

He caught 468 yards as a rookie, 613 yards in his second year, and has 367 yards this year already in only 6 starts. 800 or 900 yards this year is not impossible for him and he's not even really considered a premiere option for Cam yet, and Cam's struggles this year are well documented.

I don't see why people are capping his potential already when all he has done every year was get better and better. He's not ever going to be a game breaking number one, but like Moose, he could develop into that invaluable 2nd WR with blocking nastiness and a few 1,000 yard seasons sprinkled into his career.

    • In a lot of ways it makes sense to just draft a tackle early so they have flexibility with icky's injury and Motons not getting younger. I'd love for them to resign BC cause to me he looks pretty good anywhere they put him
    • Rods the one who needs to go if they don't win a cup soon, Overall I like the way Tulsky operates, do i wish he had pivoted to several smaller moves instead of going all in on a big acquisition? Obviously.   But RBA is the one I'm locked onto, he is too stuck in his ways and if if "his way" can't get somthing done he just triples down and proves his insanity by trying the same stupid crap over and over, the facebook casuals will be like but but but 8 years in a row making the playoffs.... yes we'll guess what we should have at least a cup to show for it, yes only one team wins every year but this year will be the 8th consecutive year making the playoffs.... heck none of us even get excited about that and haven't in four years minimum.  Our top guys are nearing the peak of their prime the time is now, but the canes seem content to stand pat and "make the playoffs" anther 5-8 years in a row.
    • #Panthers TE Tommy Tremble has a $2 million guarantee that is triggered today at 4 p.m. I don’t expect any movement there, fwiw. Tremble is due a $3.67 million base salary this season. He has another $2.4 million in incentives on his deal, per Over the Cap. https://x.com/mike_e_kaye/status/2032117015121391697?s=46&t=xeIgh_-Vr2aKxBkBJdfnKA
