Real reason we suck....more evidence

Should have never punted it with around 4 minutes left in the game. I didn't think there was a snowballs chance in hell they'd get the ball back. Well they did with what 32 seconds left? Could have used some of that time they wasted strolling up to the line and milling around...which caused them to burn that 1st time out. Would have liked to use that TO on KCs last drive...would have had more than 32 seconds to try and do something.

Who really thought this team was going to get the TD needed with 4 mins 32 seconds?

The Defense didn't show up, at all, Fua continues to be a sieve, how there was no DT even in free agency better than this guy taking up a roster spot is beyond me.

#22 should have a game check taken from him for being dumb even by NFL standards.

Two things:

1. for the love of God, someone please teach Newton how to move around in the pocket. It would help him see his passing lanes when they are actually there.

2. Please, in the name of all that is holy hire a coach that is totally no nonsense, no BS, no coddling, perform or be gone. This whole fricking team could have used a lot of tough love this year.

Cam, love ya, but, your littl narcisstic 1st 10 celebration is for 6 year olds in Pop Warner. Drop it.

If I'm honest with myself however, as I put my XMAS tree up on this beautiful NC Sunday, were the Panthers are concerned,

my 'give a damn's broken'. Too, they get paid no matter how stupid or uninspired they play.

I expect the stadum to be empty next weekend.

Of all the things to b!tch about, why pick out the guy that's put up 7 TD's in the last 6 days without a turnover?

He's one of the few actually earning his paycheck at this point.

Lack of rushing game has been a big reason. But wether the leading rusher is a RB or not is moot. As long as our designed runs are successful it forces the defense to focus on it. Which helps Newton.

Assume Newton had five yards less and Williams five yards more, does the outcome or really anything change? For once our running game was not the big reason we lost

Newton being his so called own play action isn't the same.....and the lack of run game also has hurt us moving the chains and keeping the O on the field (which is why our TDs are down yet Cam plays almost identical as last year). Little help on the year moving chains.....less TDs. Cam is the same.

Not a talent issue. Coaching issue. Most glaring and consistant one. There are others....like Rivera coaching scared and safe late. It all goes to coaching.

DWill did what he's done his entire career as a starter.

Averaged 5 yards a carry.

But only 12 attempts. :thumbsd:

Yeah....that isn't actually true anymore. Which is why his career ypc isn't 5 ypc any longer.

Not bitching.

Just my observations of what I saw today.

He does need to work on moving his feet and sliding in the pocket. Once he does, he'll improve and be able to make plays more quickly as he will have better passing lanes leading to less batted balls,

more time for his WRs to work back to him, and let him have some chance of completing passes in

bad situations.

He has looked good against two inferior offenses.

My opinion is I'd prefer not to see the ridiculous 1st down celebration for the QB of a team that lost to a team worse then they are.

Others are free to feel differently.

Hard for a QB to "feel" and move his way in the pocket with concistsnt bad G play and T play. The great QBs who move up in the pocket have good and consistant G play.

And the Eagles D sucks.....not the one he just played. That is the one that just held Peyton to a season low. They can play, there O just screws them.
