Zod, Yes or No: Is Cam the Problem?

If Zod answers with an affirmative, then he is just dumb, and he doesn't strike me as dumb. WTF, man? What kind of question is that FP? It's really an inappropriate question considering the circumstances.

. . .how is this an inappropriate question? If he makes posts implying it he might as well come out and say it. End of story. If he didn't want the question asked he could have kept those implications to himself.

I'm not a child, and this isn't a board full of children. I appreciate Zod putting the Huddle together, but I am not going to act like I owe him any favors. He's a grown man, he can handle a direct question based on statements he has made.

...this isn't a board full of children.

There are days when I dispute this part.

As to the question, Zod has his opinions based on what he knows and hears. He's free to express or not express them as he wishes

We're talking about football here. Not like this is life or death.

I'm not asking him what his SS# is. I'm asking his opinion on whether Cam is a problem in the locker room and for the franchise, based on what he knows and sees. If he feels Cam is the problem then at least we'll have the opinion of someone who should actually know.

All our problems will be soon be solved once Terrell McClain turns into the Pro Bowler Zod said he would be. Patience people.

Yes, this in fact is the more egregious statement. Zod's Hillsborough county homerism was on full display with the Terrell McClain statement. Zod, EXPLAIN YOURSELF!!!!!!

Anybody know the USF fight song?

Personal opinion, for what it's worth...

When Zod posts here he is just writing his opinion like any other poster. Yes, he is on the field for half our games, and I believe is press credentialed now. But I'm also sure he isn't the only one on this board that has occasional access to players, coaches, etc. His opinion should not necessarily carry more weight than that of other posters.

So if there is a problem, perhaps it is because some choose to assign more importance to what he writes than is justified. That's not Zod's fault. All he's doing is giving his input.

Just like with every other poster, it is up to each of us to agree/disagree or believe/not believe. I see no valid reason to be calling him out over this.

    • I could be waaaaaaay off about Kon. I do fault myself into, to borrow a NFL phrase heavily "RAS" nerd on players, too much. There are PLENTY of athletic freak shows that are playing overseas(or Amazon delivery) cause they never figured out NBA ball. I can easily miss seeing the talent. Plus did he only have 2 dunks on the season??(is that for real??) I didn't watch over a few hours of duke, but not one point did I think "That Kon guy is a top 4 pick in the upcoming draft". IMO I still foresee Ball bringing the ball up, doing his weak isolation game and never even looking for Kon. That's his best trait according to everyone, shooting right? I do not see ball, bridges, miller or even williams making the extra pass to Kon for him to shoot a 3.  Then defense-wise, Im not ready to type the amount of questions I foresee in his ability for guarding NBA SGs or bench SFs for that matter. Not that NBA players care to defend, but still..... I just feel he's a bad fit for the current hornets, trades are taking place tho... Liam to me is a decent comp for Kon and he fell some, but was a 29 overall pick. Still around 13-21 was the good solid range for Liam and I thought the same for Kon. This is just a classic case of I need to see it. It add to this, Kon is like garlic. Ball is like sugar and Miller is like flour. Mix it together and chef Lee is not going to get me to eat that dish..... Honestly I don't know why Im this vocal about Kon. In past years I would be patience and not post and see what the kid has. The other side, insert classic white boy terms here- _____, ______, _______< etc >. Hornets do desperately need them. His crafty back door cuts, his willingness to stay a extra 2 hours to refine lees plays, keep playing with bruised limbs. I heard from many reports he's mentally tough and hornets by all gods need that. God they are such pussys.  I hope Im wrong and if so, I will give Kon his just props.
