1) Stop paying tons of money to 3 running backs.

2) Lock up your elite DEs for years to come.

3) ???

4) Profit.

This ^ when you have two double digit sack pass rushers at DE who are 26 and 24 respectively you do whatever it takes to lock them down!

Imagine what they could do with a force in the middle?!

There not even in there prime yet, most double digit sack guys can play at a high level for the next 5-8 years.

The giants' rotating defensive ends actually lowers their ability to rack up stats which drives their leverage capabilities to re-sign those guys higher than they actually are, meaning their asking price would be artificially low.

I mean JPP is a monster but imagine how his stats would have looked if he was on the field for more plays

Its a double edged sword. You might see little to no improvement. The fact they rotate their ends keeps them fresh. No rotation makes for a tired JPP...

Giants have Osi, Tuck signed to deals, with also Kiwanuka (could be gettting paid like an OLB) and JPP (not sure how much his rookie contract is at). If they can get it done, we should be able to too.

first, you have to keep in mind how much the Panthers have spent on their backfield compared to the Giants...

    • It's crazy with how much winning was going on when we had a little cool off period that we're still just a couple games out of 6th. Moussa is getting better every week and Coby is getting comfortable. Would be nice to get to 6 but I think this team is a lot more stacked than the last couple play ins. I can't remember the exact rules but if you're 7th seed and win the first game I think you automatically move on and don't have to play the second game?
    • I think it was a thing for sure. Panthers weren’t too many people’s first choice. Or 5th choice.  2022 and 2023… coaches fired mid season. Consecutive years. You want any of that?  He has definitely overseen a rehab of how the Panthers are perceived. Because we are a place that is seen as up and coming. And just the little thing of he accommodated Theilen so graciously, that gets noticed. It all adds up. Dan is doing a lot of things right, probably most things.  Needs a good draft.
    • K, I think that is dumb, but you do you. I didn't find anything online that made him out to be a dislikable person. I am certain the Panthers would have cared so much if they lost your fandom if they hired Sean Payton. But bet you would have come crawling back if Sean lead us to a Super Bowl victory or Golden leads UNC to a champion ship. It is easy to say you are gonna leave a team if the hire someone you dislike when the chips are down. But people like you tend to come crawling back once the team finds success.
