Garrard as backup QB?

Seriously?

You'd take Garrard before considering an extension for Anderson?

Holy balls, I'm sincerely hoping Gettelman has more sense than that.

Healthy? Garrard is simply better.

Now, Garrard is done though physically if that is your angle. Some how, some way...people got confused and think DA can play

Garrard is going to be 35 next month and hasn't stepped foot on a football field since 2010. The guy would be on IR before the preseason was over.

You have to at least make an offer to Anderson, I don't give a sh!t what the Cleveland rumors are. Have you guys even looked at the list of FA QBs?

"Now, Garrard is done though physically if that is your angle."

So is Kenny Stabler, or Dan Marino or a boatload of other old, retired QBs.

    • He was so much fun to watch as a player but is a prototypical example of the old "never meet your heroes" adage. Great player, not a great guy.
    • Look.... if us BY "haters" give credit about his GWDs...... Will the BY stans also have honest discussion about the 55minutes before the last 5 in which BY has put up 9/20 for 78 yards 0 TDs???
    • The way they are handling now is how they should have handled it from the start instead of that you get a series, you a get a series. Let Chuba spell until he had some of his step back.  We definitely could have put a better showing against Buffalo and their weak run defense had we employed the same game plan we did against Green Bay. Saints were determined to stop the run and make Bryce beat them, Atlanta had similar plan and the coaches and Bryce were able to respond.  Rico although didnt have the best rushing game was vital in the passing game and his catch and run help get us into the redzone there at the end of regulation probably should have been a touchdown that out of bounds was a judgement call it wasn't conclusive and thus should have went with the original call on the field.  Roco brings that dawg to the offense that it shorely lacked up until Miami game. Interesting it was his call that help seal the win for us, glad the coaches were listening. Hope they can get a deal done and run it back next year.
