Andrew Luck in Pro Bowl

Am I losing my mind or did i watch some other ugly kid with a horse shoe on his hat throw 1000 interceptions? So Tom Brady declines the Pro Bowl and L-yuck gets in?

Lets not forget that our own Carolina Panthers are sitting at home with no one going to the game. It's just hard for me to fathom that Luck is more deserving than the 50 guys on our roster.

I'm well aware that he plays in the AFC not the NFC

He plays in the AFC though

We are in the NFC...which is the stronger conference in my opinion

You don't say? I must have missed that somewhere.

Really though, not my point about which conference he is in. My point is that Andrew Luck is not a pro bowl caliber player right now. Further making this "game" a joke.

Luck had a good season. He helped Colts to the playoffs and yes, he did have a lot of interceptions because they asked him to throw too much. Luck's arm isn't as strong as Cam, Flacco or Stafford. I expect fewer INTs next year when they return to WCO. He was better than a lot AFC Quarterbacks like Dalton and Schaub.

I don't understand the Luck, WIlson, RG3 or Kaep hate. Cam will be in the playoffs and has more talent, but it just took more time and Panthers had more bad luck then the other teams. The team needed 4 more plays to make the playoffs.

luck has played one season in the NFL and tied for the second most interceptions thrown in the league.

he's going to be good as he continues to develop but he's not on schaub's tier at this point. no way.

Luck's certainly not all they cracked him up to be. No. However, he probably does deserve the Pro Bowl nod, considering his team went from the number one pick, to winning 11 games and making the playoffs (regardless of the teams poor schedule), and he certainly contributed to it. Good for him! Remember, it's the AFC.

Brady declined, somebody had to go, right?

Luck did have six come from behind wins and a playoff berth as a rookie.

Name the rest of the qbs in the AFC to choose from and Luck is the obvious choice.

    • Per Bill Barnwell  Broncos part ways with a CB on the roster bubble Broncos get: 2026 seventh-round pick Panthers get: CB Damarri Mathis The Broncos have a rare problem among NFL teams: too many cornerbacks. ESPN's Jeff Legwold projects they could move on from Mathis, who was very good as a rookie in 2022 before losing his starting job after the defense's slow start in 2023. He played just 27 defensive snaps after Week 6 that season and 80 more across 10 games in 2024. With the Broncos using their 2025 first-round pick on cornerback Jahdae Barron, they could justify moving on from Mathis, who might not be active on game days even if he sticks around. Mathis' best season came with defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero in Denver, and he hasn't been able to reach those same heights since Evero left for Carolina. The Panthers are set with Jaycee Horn, Mike Jackson and nickel corner Chau Smith-Wade as their three starting corners, but Mathis could push the 28-year-old Jackson and serve as Carolina's primary reserve on the outside. Mathis is owed $3.4 million in 2025, so Denver might essentially buy a draft pick by eating some of that cash, similar to what the Commanders did when they sent running back Brian Robinson Jr. to the 49ers.
    • They can get fuged for a 6th and 7th. Doesn't make sense for us for anything less than a 4th and them paying a majority of his salary.
