Is it some kinda law in Russia that you have to drive with a camera on your dashboard?

They do it because of the bad drivers there. Without cameras, there is no way to prove the other person is at fault. Also road rage is very bad there, so it helps to be able to get someone arrested.

Plus, you get some killer youtube videos from them.

They had pics on the news of a building with a giant hole in the side/top. Also videos of windows getting blown out and stuff from the sonic boom.

That wasn't so much the boom as it was the fuging thing exploding from it's resistance from the atmosphere.

That report has a video of the building, but it says it wasn't actually struck but that the shock wave did the damage...
