While Newton received too much credit after his rookie season, he took too much blame last year and was dwarfed by RG3's emergence. Carolina won five of its last six with Cam notching 14 TDs.

Part of me hopes he gets hurt again. But then I stop and think, he's a human being too. So I stop thinking it.

I feel the same way for some reason I want bob to fail because of the hype surronding him and then the fact that these analysts are so quick to label cams sophomore season a slump and they were so quick to predict a slump for newton after his rookie year yet they are saying bob is gonna comeback and be so good in his second year lol fug him

Just saw a stat on NFL live where only three players in the NFL had 10 sacks and 5 forced fumbles..Von Miller, CJ and Elvis Dumerville.

Still we have idiots who think CJ does not earn his cash. Julius Peppers..not so fast on that list.

Shut your reasonable mouth!

I want to talk smack about his new car!!!

griffin suffered a concussion and shredded his fuging knee as a rookie but you'd think none of that happened listening to these dipshits

Saw that too. Was explaining to my oldest at the time kid the difference between a DE and a LB as well as why Manti T'eo wasn't being drafted by the Chiefs.

    • It shows how short the actual span of a NFL career actually is.  We get caught up with the few guys that play until 40-years old, but that's an extraordinary tiny fraction of the League.  What you may or may not have intentionally done there is show how we quickly move off guys like that but are stubbornly hanging onto Bryce.  His new running mate, Kenny Pickett, drafted just one year earlier is already on his 4th or 5th team.  Kenny isn't horrible, but he's not good enough to be a franchise QB.  Some franchises get it, chalk it up as a miss and move on.  Others double down on trying to make things work until the relationship completely deteriorates. *cough* Dolphins and Cardinals *cough*
    • Winner of 7 vs 8 seed game gets 7th seed. Loser of that game plays against winner of 9 vs 10 seed game. Winner of that game (loser of 7 vs 8 against winner of 9 vs 10) gets 8th seed. So in reality if you make it to the 7 vs 8 game, it’s win and in for your team. Lose that game and you get another shot at getting in. If you have to play the 9 vs 10 game, lose once you are gone. Win the first game as a 9 vs 10 competitor and you still have to win again to get in.
    • DJ Chark, Hayden Hurst, and Bradley Bozeman all started for the Carolina Panthers during Bryce Young’s rookie season. All 3 have announced retirement after two years.  Scott Fitterer was that bad.   And his #1 receiver Thielen also just retired
