Trufant is a good pick for you guys, but I don't think they should have traded up for him (though what they gave up wasn't much, below past market value...this year's trades heavily favored the buyers compared to past years). Trufant will be a better player than Floyd anyway.

The Falcons' pick was MUCH better than the Saints'. If I had to grade the NFCS picks so far:

Panthers: A fuging plus

Falcons: B- (docked a little for trading up for him when they could have very well gotten him at 30)

Saints: D+

Bucs: If Revis is healthy and returns to form, A+. I'm expecting it to work out to a B grade value. We'll see how he works in a different system. Asomugha was a better CB than Revis when he was in Oakland, then he sucked in Philly.

Agree with this. I really wanted Woener if we traded up. Floyd i think is overhyped. I think we shuold have stayed put. Dimitroff must have had Trufant much higher than Rhodes or Taylor on his board and thought someone else was going to take him and pulled the trigger.

I'd grade it as

Panthers A+ Star is a beast.

Falcons B. Love the pick. Think he's gonna be good. as you said docked a lil for trading up

Saints: Reachhhhhhh. No safety this year was worthy of a 1st IMO.
