Beason's stock just went up big time in my book. Complete class act...for those that haven't seen it, Beason talks the whole time they are showing Keek. He said at the end Keek is the best MLB in the NFL. Pretty classy statement about a guy that just took your job.

Beason had always been a great guy.

Fug that fine young male that accused Beason of punching him.

Awesome.

2011 Offensive Rookie of the Year + 2012 Defensive Rookie of the Year + Top 12 in offense and defense in 2012 = We better be smashing teams this season and smashing into the playoffs too.

Also: Love Beason - Hope we can find a way to keep him around that works for both him and the team.

He should have been the guy in the middle from the very start of the season, not Beason. And i dont really blame Beason for that i blame the coaching staff. You dont participate in camp/practice or pre season games you shouldnt be the opening day starter and getting most of the reps.

    • Well that's the problem. That portion of games was when our playoff hopes were either teetering on the edge at best or we were eliminated altogether. We need to see Bryce Young perform like that when the pressure is on. That is what defines a franchise QB.
    • First move of the off-season that I hate, unless this is what he wanted. he was our best’ish run defender and the young guys ain’t going to learn themselves.
    • Truth is, he’s never lived up to the hype of his potential.  Closest he ver came was those first few years in Houston when they moved him around everywhere.  That being said, he’s a really, really solid player and a great vet to have on the roster.  Not sure why we make this move now?
