I know the NSA wasn't involved in this. I was using the NSA stuff as more of a example/proof that all that info is retained and can be retrieved. There was a small debate on here as to how long or if this info was kept. In this high tech world nothing is ever totally gone.

Wesley lowery is an idiot. The surveillance tapes were destroyed once the three guys went into the basement. The other surveillance footage was from places around Boston where they drove that night.

Also the phone records were from the victim as well as Hernandez. PLUS even if AH's phone was destroyed the police could still get the records.
