Skin too thin?

I run to the local Lowes Food Store in Wilmington NC at halftime to grab some beverages.  As I make my way through the deli there is a big Sam Adams display with a life size cardboard cutout of a football player.  Draped on that cutout is a real jersey.  Not of the home-state Carolina Panthers but a Baltimore Raven jersey on the night we are playing them in preseason.

The manager tried to blame it on the beer distributor but I don't care, screw them both.  As far as I'm concerned they both lost my business.  I don't care how many annoying fans from failing cities decide to move this way, this is Panther Country and they can all go to hell.

The Lowes on S. College? I go there sometimes bc they have a decent beer selection for a grocery store, but if this is true fug them!

Yes, your skin is too thin.

That,  or I really didn't really need that 2nd 12-pack.

But even if I was a tad bit under teh influence, I still don't have a problem with what I said to the store manager.  They have the right to put whatever jersey they want on their display and I have the right to shop where I want.

    • I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pats win it all or at least get there. Maye is awesome.
    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
