He is coaching the team he grew up cheering for, and has them tied for first place.  The Browns have two first round picks, and two third round picks, as well as the 4th ranked defense in the NFL.  

 

 

 

Gordon is more talented than any receiver on our team, and Cameron has the third most yards and touchdowns of any tight end in the league, so I don't know what your point is here.
