So say we go 10-6, who do we lose to?

I say either

A.Saints, Saints and 9ers

B. Saints, Pats and Fins

Again, I know reaching 10-6 will be a challenge. Saints just look too good right now and wouldnt be suprised if they sweep us. Stout D, unstoppable O. The Pats I think are very beatable. If we are above .500 our fans will be pumped and have been itching for this game since 2003, I think if we go into this game 5-3, our fans will show up in a big way and BofA will be rockin. I have faith in our D against Brady and their D is so so, they will be coming off a bye playing us in Charlotte. Remember the Pats lost to the Bengals the other week and I say we are as good as the Bengals or close to it.

The 9ers could really go either way. I dont like mobile QBs and Harbaugh>Rivera. Im going to say I think Saints, Saints 9ers. We can beat the Jets and Pats, sweep the Bucs and Falcons.. The Fins are the wild card here. We could go 9-7 and lose to the Fins as well.

Eh too hard to predict. We could beat any team but also very well lose to any team on the schedule.

Im pretty much basing this on the assumption we and Rivera have turned a corner and nomore meltdown and blunders and we stay on the path we are on. I still think the most likely case is 9-7. Losses to Saints, Saints, Fins and 9ers.

The saints aren't beating us or anyone else all season.

Lol, it really pains me to say but I even think they are better than the Broncos right now. We have a good shot if they are resting starters, ironicially I just hope they keep winning so there is atleast a small chance they rest starters when we play them. Sure in a perfect world I want them to implode and finish 5-11 while we take the division, but right now our best path is if they keep winning and leave a small chance they rest in week 17.

There is not 1 person, with Panther blood, who is not sick of losing.

Everyone knows the answer as well. On Offense, we need to get consistent, and quit shooting ourselves in the foot. Solve those two problems, and we can be as efficient as anyone. Truly. Shula has dialed in up nicely. And we are only getting better. On Defense, just keep improving. Nothing I can do to help you. Except maybe a few more blitzes.

The Rams are the Vikes with a slightly better QB. But a QB who gets rid of the ball, and throws it away. He also can throw it too quickly and hide from a rush. With our front 7, we should be able to repeat the Vikes game. 250-300 total yards sounds about right. Make them go on long marches and they get impatient. Stay aggressive and we win. All those clichés'

Realistically, There really is only 3 teams remaining that scare me. Aints, 9ers, NE. We very well could be looking at 10-6. Wild Card Round win and advance to the Divisional Round. Everyone is happy, and we keep Rivera a Shula. But everyone is happy.

At this point in life, I’m not one to judge anyone’s level of dedication, or their reasons why anymore.  Time, and a lot of bad football, will do that.  For me, it’s simple.  We share a common bond.  For that, I love and appreciate all of you crazy SOB’s. For me, last season was at a minimum, entertaining.  BY lead a young team to multiple come from behind 4th qtr wins.  That showed me heart, and that he has the clutch gene.  That’s the wildcard intangible.  For me, that was fun to watch even  if it was mindbogglingly frustrating at times.  Over the past two seasons, we have progressively built a better team around him.  On paper, the defense should be better this season.  That’ll help.  Let’s see what he can do as the other guys continue to develop too.  Besides, his contract is cheap for a few more years, and we just made some smart cap decisions during the draft. Let’s see how it shakes out.
    • Hiring Shula & his Cam save us playbook.
    • I would very much liked to have seen Jake Delhomme's career if Tommy Jone no hurt Jake.  I just know that roster and the leadership were destined to hit paydirt but Jake was never the same after the elbow injury, and unfortunately he was the sole reason they didn't make it back to the big one.  I think that 08 team was the best in the league, and Jake masked his inability well all season til the Arizona game put it all on display.  I'll go back to the season prior even and say the 07 team was primed to be a competitor.  Jake was off to a fantastic start that year (for a Panthers QB).  They may have been a championship caliber club for a few seasons after 08 too.
