Patriots blow out Panthers

Way Truth Life

You gotta be fuging kidding me.

I'm one of the most pessimistic mother fugers around here and I say it'll be close, win or lose.

Statistically we're top five in all of the important defensive categories. Our D-line is monstrous, our secondary is tough and physical.

You're out of your god damn mind if you think we get blown out in a statement game at home in primetime.

Some of you on this thread should pick another team period enjoy the wins we are 6 and 3 it doesn't matter we won against crappy teams a win is a win and all of you saying oh we won against lacking squads are the same group complaining at the beginning of the year we didn't have a chance cause our schedule was too hard. Some of you dudes act worse than pre menstrual woman and I'm a woman. Win or loose Monday we are still in the playoff hunt and games matter this time of year for the first time in a long time.

I'm tellin ya, we're gonna control the clock for way too long for the Pats to use all of their weapons. They simply don't have enough beef, the losses of Wilfork, Mayo (even if he was rated lowly by PFF) are going to be huge, I think this is the game we'll see Deangelo, Stewart, and Tolbert all blow up.

Been a fan since day 1, but I'm not drinking the coolaid.

Panthers beat 5 teams with a total record of 12-34.  The only team with a winning record was the 49ers and all the others are well below 500.  The San Fran win was a great win, but let's not get confused.

Rivera sucks and he will show how bad on Monday night in what will be embarrassing.  Sucks that so many people have actually bought into Rivera now that he has won games the Panthers are suppose to win against shitty teams.  Now it looks like we are stuck with this turd.

I would love to see the Panthers win...but I'm not delusional.

I still don't believe in Ron either... but we have a shot at winnings this one for sure. It will be a tight game.... within a score most of the game.... could see a junk score late that allows a team to win by 9 or 10... but it will be tight

I laugh when people say things like this as if they are fact. I feel bad for you as people, because you're more delusional than those who you describe.

The facts are:

San Francisco has performed better this season than New England.

We played SF on the road and won.

We are playing New England at home.

We are a healthier team than last week.

We are a more confident team than last week.

What the fug was the point of you posting that poo?  We win you look like a dumbass fair weather fan.  We lose, and you can claim a preemptive I told you so.  Either way you lose.  Lose-lose situation.  Your name makes me think you are religious.  I thought you Jesus freaks were supposed to be all about faith and hope and all that happy horse poo?  Where is your faith?  Oh ye of little fuging faith.  Get the fug out.  Win or lose, don't come back.

    • Yeah and I am doubtful he can offer that consistently. I don’t have many years left at my age and in my view we have wasted two and this whole exercise with him was always a three year minimum.  I am out on that with a guy I don’t believe in, and never believed in, it has sucked. To me it is a costly detour off the right track. Years.    But I am not so rigid that I can’t see excellence. He needs to display it though, consistently before I change my outlook.
    • No, when I said rage, I meant rage, which only applies to certain fans on this board. Your timeline of trying to assess whether he is the future or not is really tied to the discussions surrounding his second contract. If this team is going to commit to some monster contract while he has shown nothing but glimpses of brilliance would be deservedly worrisome, so the clock is genuinely ticking for him to settle into something resembling his final form. Perhaps a best case scenario is that he plays well, the team succeeds, but he does so with a more limited role that makes the rest of the league view him as a game manager, and his second contract value reflects that. Then he continues to improve and becomes a bargain comparatively while not handicapping the team around him, and we enter an era of consistent championship competitiveness that the fanbase has craved for decades and has never really experienced before. But that requires many, many things to go right and for Bryce himself to facilitate that if he ends up being the quarterback of the future.
    • Exactly. And the flame throwers as well, get location benefits from not going all out. But they have it in reserve.  Not sure how much Greg had but he was an artist.  There was a YouTube I came across last year or maybe even 2023 and I don’t how to even find now but it had two NFL QBs I want say one was Carr from the Raiders but I don’t really remember  The point of it is they stood side by side throwing identical distances to identical targets. Radar gun was used.  They threw the normal effort (not all out) and it was measured etc. Then they were asked to throw their ‘fastball’. They were missing and most often they were missing high. It demonstrated the same principle.    edit: and applying that to arm strength, give me the guy that doesn’t need max effort to have good velocity. The margins are so narrow with less velocity in tne NFL the defenders can Close on it and this is a league where they value down to the 100th of a second level. It is that tight
