Who you would take is irrelevant. You dont get to take anyone. Fans love their guy and hate the other guy. If the roles were reversed you would be claiming your guy was just being honest. I specifically remember people saying that Newton should not take blame for other peoples mistakes. Dont pretend that your opinions arent rooted in the fact you will always love your guy and hate 31 other guys. Every fan does this.

With all that said, I can quite objectively state that I don't think Griffin is handling this very well.

Yeah, his offensive line is garbage. It's time Mikey S helps him out before he's ruined. If the 49ers got after Cam the way they did Griffin we would've been held to 6 points.

They are dealing with the same bs media enemy in the media. When they asked him today if he would rather be talking about football and not his dad and that itself was a trap question it all dawned on me how far off the media is.

I don't have any reason to dislike RGIII or any other young qb. I just want to see fair comparisons and honest analysis of each players strengths and weaknesses, not the fabricated bs that the media has come up with, such as Andrew Lucks certain hall of fame career before he has even finished his second season, heck, even before he took a snap in the NFL.

at the end of the patriots game on MNF i stopped having celebration aneurysms long enough to observe Cam's reactions and it was almost this palpable moment of reaping the fruits of two full years of bullshit. the stoney confidence, the set jaw, the even keel, the gleam of iron-clad confidence as he strode onto the field in celebration of a victory.

it reminded me of the scene in 300 where the aegean is dashing persian ships to bits in the midst of a storm and everyone's jumping around in grecian skirts and CG abs celebrating, but leonidas: only only one keeps his spartan reserve, only he: our king.

that's when it was clear to me that all the years of being forged through the fires of adversity had produced sir cameron fucking newton, leader of men, lover of puppies, esquire. that's when cameron god damn bomb-ass newton had arrived.

Screw RG3.  After the whole controversy about him hitting up that slut on the day of his wedding, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.  But its become more and more obvious that he's just a trashy dude, and that the media has done everything they can up until this point to paint a different picture of him, because they make their money off people following superstars.
