Count me as a 3% ter. Oct. 26 1993 I became a fan of the Carolina Panthers. Should anyone care....no. Im not trying to prove anything to anyone. Iam born and raised in NC. Home team that's all.

 

Same here! The day the Panthers were born I was so proud I finally had a home team to pull for!

 

I'll gladly hold the door open for anyone wanting on the "bandwagon"!

Some of yall need to stop crying about all the bandwagoners. More fans will help this team in so many ways. I work at

 

a sports bar and every Sunday we have more Steelers and Cowboys fans than Panthers fans, which is annoying as

 

fug because I can't ever watch the Panthers play on our main tv. Just stop bitching already and enjoy the ride.

All aboard! No but seriously if you want to fill stadiums, I guess we kinda need new fans. That have to come from some where. I want the Southeast to be BLACK and BLUE. I'm fine with Bandwagon fans. I just don't like the ones that are like "Omg, I'm lik teh best panthurs fan ever0rz."

I decided to browse Facebook for the first time in a few weeks and, obviously, I follow the NFL Facebook page.

 

NFL posted a picture saying remember to vote for your favorite player.. The top liked comment was "Cam! Panthers all day baby!" The next post was about NFL Start 'Em Sit 'Em. Completely unrelated to any team but the top comment liked was "LET'S GO PANTHERS!!!! #keeppounding #panthernation #carolinapanthers WOOOOOOOO" Third post was ranking the top ten QB's from last week. Most liked comment was "BUT WHERE BE CAM THO? #Haters"

 

I met a guy in my town yesterday who was wearing a Beuerlein. He said "Oh yeah, I'm really happy to see this winning season our team is really playing well I've been a Fan since 1991..

 

 

 

Anyone else see a huge rise in so called "Fans" lately? It's waaaaaay worse then 03' 05' and 08' seasons.

 

 

Don't be such a holier than thou chest thumper,instead, be glad and enjoy the fact the Panthers are finally fielding a team football lovers can cheer and rally around.

 

The new and so called "Fans" as you,ve named them, are the key to building a larger fanbase.to help support and drive the excitement of all Panther fans,not just the "I've been a fan since day one type". Now, run along and try finding something else to complain about.

When you are winning it changes the discussion and builds the fan base............winning changes everything.

 

look at the teams today with the huge fan bases.........they started building them 20, 30, 40 years ago with a winning tradition.

Bandwagoners should be cherished. That's part of how you establish dominance. Make the home games a true home game, and those wins are easier. It may be minimal, but players do feed off if the crowd energy.
