With all due respect to the other opinions in this thread, from my vantage point, this game was lost at the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball.

 

We could not get any pressure rushing 4 against the Saints, but they got plenty of pressure against us just rushing 4. Our o-line and d-lines were beaten in their 1 on 1 matchups.

 

And a special shout out to Byron Bell for reminding us we need to find a new RT this offseason.

Good lord did our o-line get beat the fug up. I agree with you both sides of the trenches lost badly, but this game could of been won by adjusting to our line getting beat constantly.

Those two red zone drives would have got us beaten by 10 instead of eighteen. Playcalling cost us nothing, a lack of offensive line talent (that can't be helped) is what killed us. It happens.
