Double dip

Can't always assume a double dip will work out. It got is Star and Short last year but it also got us Fua and McClain.

Every draft class is different. Need to wait and see how it pans out in the next few months before we can start lining guys up for us. Not like our opinions matter, though...

And gross needs to be replaced.

Gross needs to be RESIGNED! I can't imagine how fuged Cam would be if he went down.

Double dip at OL? Our OL have been a bright spot this season. The sacks tonight came in bc of Cam and the receivers, not particularly the OL's fault.

If I was going to double dip at a certain position it would be at CB or WR. The secondary was exposed and it was about time someone was going to do so. And, our receiving corp has to be one of the worst. This offense is all Cam. I'm sick and tired of crossing my fingers for a Brandon LaFell or Ted Ginn to be the one to make a play here or there. It's not consistent enough and quit the Lafell is Moose 2.0 comparison. It's bull$hit.

Well gross might retire like he said and WE all know bell is not a starter in the NFL so double dip or get one in the draft and one as a free agent. I believe champions are built on the D line and O line but I may be wrong. I don't work for the NFL (Thank god) lol

    • I wonder if the Hornets view Kon and McNeeley more as forwards and plan to ship off Green/Okogie/Smith for center help. I hope they don’t plan to ship off Sexton as I like what he brings to the team. (2) G - Ball, Mann, Simpson (two-way) (3) G - Sexton, Dinwiddie, Connaughton (3) F - Miller, Knueppel, McNeeley, James (two-way) (3) F - Bridges, Williams, Salaun (3) C - Diabate, Kalkbrenner, Plumlee
    • 3 main reasons he was better in 2023 and none of them concern me for his NFL prospects 1. Totally new coaching staff that was a massive downgrade and had god awful play calling and designs, the entire fan base was ready to run the coaching staff out of town a month into their first season and the play caller ended up getting changed because it was so bad. 2. Along with the staff downgrade, his QB played significantly worse after being the Pac 12 Freshman of the Year in 2023.  Constantly missed T-Mac when he was wide open, lost out on a number of TDs and a good amount of yardage, half the time T-Mac still almost made miraculous catches on the bad passes too. 3. He hurt his ankle over the summer and missed all of fall camp only to return to practice a few days before the season started and I think he had to deal with it all season long and was slightly limping at times mid season too, but kept fighting through it to still be a 1st team All American.
    • Good luck to Burns. He’s fine as a third pairing defensemen but Rod is too stubborn to do that.
