Which Player Do You Not Want Back Next Season

Lafell not horrible, but he will have to take what he is worth not what he thinks he is worth....Bell a good backup.....if he takes near vet min wouldn't be bad to keep him around.  He has his moments but they are far and few between.....I'm sure Hixon will be gone...blackburn might be gone...not that I particular want either one gone....I like the core.....so I'm going to say keep everyone but just don't overpay Hardy...love the Kracken...but we can not break the bank and look past the needs we have at this point...we're on the break of being a great team and need the cash for multiple players not just one especially when we have to pay Cam either in the offseason or next year with a big contract then we have Luke soon too.....KEEP POUNDING!

His pick on the deep Fitzgerald ball was fantastic S play

Yep, and anyone who follows college and the draft knew Lester's knocks. And that was that he takes bad angles to the ball. Be against the run or pass.

He took a horrible angle on the would be TD run vs NY week 3. But was brought back on a penalty.

However, overall I think he made strides this year. I wouldn't give up on him just yet.

From Charlotte Observer

"The website Pro Football Focus charts all catchable balls thrown to receivers and then how many those receivers drop to establish a "drop rate percentage." LaFell caught 49 and dropped eight passes out of 57 catchable throws this season, according to PFF, which gives him a drop rate of 14 percent.

That ranks LaFell 84th out of the top 94 NFL targeted receivers in drops (in other words, 83 receivers had a lower drop rate than LaFell this season). Steve Smith's drop rate is 7.25 percent (34th) and Ted Ginn's is 7.69 percent (38th)."

Brandon Lafail. If I didn't want him gone before, I really wanted him gone after that interview. Talks about how hard it was with Smitty out and he can't deal with the extra pressure and attention. He just has a overall defeatist attitude. I don't want losers like that on my team. I don't want him back regardless of price, see ya Donald....

I watched that interview to. Didn't want to accept the challenge of being the #1 receiver while Smith was out. Excited to go back to his regular position and Smith taking some of the coverages away from him.  Spoken like a true scrub.
