If Mitchell and/or Mikell cannot be retained...

I'm not 100% sure Lester blew that coverage. Everytime Captain get's beats, he looks around, as if he's trying to place blame on someone else.

Ill take the word of a guy who's been playing in this defense for years over an undrafted rookie. And lester didn't really argue back so he probably knew he was in the wrong

Godfrey would be good for us next year if we could retain him. But at his cap hit we really have to move on just like we did with Gamble last year. It isn't about not wanting him but deciding of he is the best use of our cap dollars when we have other and cheaper choices.  Besides, we need to upgrade the corners and we only have so much money to spend.  Sometimes you have to let good players go for the betterment of the team as a whole.

The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few...............

Where did all this talk of Munnerlyn wants more than he's worth come in? He said he wanted a long-term deal simply because your life is more stable. He didn't put a dollar amount. Sign him to a 4 year 12 million contract. If we got legit corners with Captain that would be a bargain price for his ability as a nickel back.

Well, in my honest opinion I think that Moore is a better safety than Godfrey.

I dont know how much after restructure but I think we can save as much as 2mil by gutting him.

Moore is better definitely agree

i know we save 2 mill from cutting him but take a 5mill hit, wonder if that can be avoided??

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
