i have been impressed with Moses huge OT from Virgina.

Agreed, seen a lot of projections for him to go to us in the 3rd. That would be a godsend although i dont know if he is a future LT.

Yeah I also seen 2nd and Daniel Jeremiah has him in the 1st round of his mock.

His stock went up today for sure, but hed have to be a workout warrior to be a first. I think late 2nd/early 3rd is probably likely.

This is good for the scouting team.  GMs don't make their money on round 1 and 2 prospects.  They make their money on the later rounds.   Looking for intangibles that will make a marginal talented guy a star because of his motor or that chip on his shoulder.

I say if none of the WRs impress from now up to the draft take Jean Baptiste at the bottom of the 1st. Much as i want a receiver some of these guys have got to show a lil more that there not strictly second day picks. I think Jean Baptist stock is only gonna go up from here.

Id love to get moses, big physical guy who can also pass protect really well? Sign me up, plus he's massive and gettleman seems to love size in his lineman

There is maybe more than one deserving 1st rounder playing this year.

It's a terrible lineup.

I agree for the most part, at least at QB. Outside of 1-3 players it was hard to see any first rounders. Moses was good, disappointed in Henderson. Some of the D stood out. If anything it did help us to evaluate some of the middle rounds, which is still very important.

I was impressed with Jean Baptiste at the Senior Bowl. He played in press with his back to the QB at Nebraska. But at the Senior bowl his best plays were reading the QB's eyes in zone.... something that he didn't do much in college and had three good breaks on the ball. He may be a fit for us schematically at CB.

Hitting on the middle rounds is why Seattle is in the superbowl. All their best players are middle round picks.
