im willing to bet he wants(or his wife) to play, BUT don dave isnt willing to meet his price. if im gross coming off a GREAT season, 4 million per is hard to take. thats my guess is 2 yr 8 million deal, but how many other million dollar offers would he have outside of carolina football?? he already stated it would be carolina or hang them up.

Forget it. Not to mention even the elite of the elite tackles (Fisher, Kalil, etc.) have struggled out of the gate recently. Must spend the $$$ on FA tackle at the expense of all else. Unfortunately. :(

Kalil isn't elite. I have no problem with rookie OT's, there's only one way they're going to learn and given our cap we can't really get in a bidding war with anyone.
