So, who's left? James Jones and a bunch of JAGs? Awesome.

 

No different than what Ted Ginn was when we signed him last year and yet people are crying about losing him (not saying this is you... just in general).

 

Newton is a good enough QB where some of those guys you refer to as "JAGs" could be made into reliable, serviceable receivers under him.

Haha you aren't discussing anything. You are whining because you aren't seeing what you want. If you want to discuss plausible outcomes, receivers on the market, potential trade targets, or receivers in the draft then there is a discussion to be had. All you are doing is blasting the front office (like they give a poo what you think) and complaining. There is no discussion in that. You are just pissed off and lashing out.

At least Ginn had tons of potential coming out of college, for being more than just a return man. He also still has a lot of upside in his career. These guys (dudes like Jericho Cotchery) are mainly old guys, who've seen their prime days. 

 

James Jones is intriguing. But, after signing Harper (who has like a 1.5m cap number this season, or something ridiculous), we're not in a good position to land Jones.

      Don't have to be miss cleo. His weakness are length, athleticism, creating his own shot, defense, finishing at the rim,  Strengths - shooting and IQ.   Likely won't work as non athletic shooters don't typically work.

      I live in Indiana and took a trip that weekend to watch my two friend's teams play (Chiefs and Vikings) IN Minnesota when they were playing at a college field, I think TCF? Anyways, our plan was to watch the game (noon game) then do some shopping at the Mall of America, I wasn't planning on watching the Panthers play Seattle since I was out sight seeing and walking around after the noon game had ended. By the time we were walking back into the Mall the Panthers were down by 2 scores in the 4th or going into the 4th and we were all thirsty from walking around for 2.5 hours after the Vikings game so we decided to postpone shopping until after we ate. We found this nice little sports bar inside the mall that had the game on. Man, I'm so glad we skipped shopping because that was probably the most excited I've been in some time for a win. Beating Seattle in 2015 felt like the "monkey off the back" sort of feeling and I knew we had finally arrived as a team. The entire bar erupted when Cam hit Olsen for that walk off TD. Literally one of the greatest moments of my life. My friend wasn't so happy though lol, by the time the Panthers game ended ALL of the stores inside the mall had closed and he wasn't able to get any souvenirs. It was his first time watching a Vikings game live and making a trip like that so he was legit upset lol. I on the other hand couldn't have been happier.
