Wish we could double on WR

I was saying I'd take 3, not 4.

2 WR and 2 OT in the first 4 rounds and one more of each in the last 3 rounds. thats what i'd do. and one of the WR picks could be a TE.

I'd rather fill other holes and focus on UDFA receivers to search for gems. OT and WR aren't our only need and you can't focus solely on this season.

I could see three as an outside possibility if they were BPA....but, I would not count on it.

I do think that 2 WR's in the top 5 rounds are almost a given....just based on how deep this draft is and that they will likely be BPA.

If any position has a chance to fall its his. Still NO would more than likely grab him up.

He could slide.  had some pretty big drops last season.

His measureables are insane though and he will be an immediate starter on any roster in the league.

With the hottest fad in the league being giant pass catching tight ends that can take it the distance, I don't see too many people passing.

That said.  I would love to have him over any receiver coming out outside of Evans and Watkins.

i remember ansah(de) was raw...came in and was the rookie de. i remember patterson was raw and he went on to be one of the top rookie wr.

wouldn't stop liking a guy cause hes raw.

I don't think raw DE and raw WR are comparable, neither are Patterson and Benjamin.

I think there's a very, very good chance that we take 2 WRs in this draft.  I'll honestly be pretty surprised if we don't.  Not sure it'll be another 1st/2nd round back to back double dip, but I think we'll end up with 2 new WRs by the time the draft is over.

this would be the draft to do it.

    • When we have everyone playing like they should, we can win the Cup. That has been the biggest problem when we get to the playoffs, but this year seems to be fixed mostly. We could have had multiple if we had done this in the past.
    • Here we go Bryce Stan’s you should love this. Hell it may be one of you.  It has every cliche excuse and then some.  Unintentionally hilarious my limit was reached when he said Bryce had it hard because four play callers.
    • Luke goes in to the specifics of what he looked to accomplish in joint practices.  Basically they may work with someone on the opposing team to stress something they feel is a weakness in their own game in a different way that can be done with someone they are familiar with. That they can have predetermined stresses but since neither wants to get injured and it has absolutely no bearing on anything there is not the level of concern that would be in a preseason game.  He would also even chat with opposing OC.   It seems like an interesting nuance among the vets and savy pros.
