Carolina Panthers Training Camp Information

Carolina Panthers training camp spartanburg
It is July once again, which means Wimbledon is on TV. Whenever I see those tennis players on the grass court, I am reminded that Football season is once again just around the corner. Here are a few tips for those that have not been to training camp before...
1. Yes, practices and parking are free. A schedule of the practices can be found here.
2. You will notice many evening practices this year, but the sun will still be brutal. Shade is at a premium on the hill that overlooks the practice field, get there early if you need to stay cooler.
3. Autographs are signed at the fence that is closest to the facilities. Players typically take the field about 30 minutes prior to the scheduled practice time. Children typically get first dibs on autographs, as it should be.
4. When you arrive, notice where the large lifts are with the video equipment on top. They are there to film the main practices. Whichever field they are pointing at will be the place where some of the best action of the day takes place.
5. The Beacon is a famous place to eat in Spartanburg, but from personal experience, be sure a restroom is near by. The Pizza Inn in Spartanburg is actually a 1980's time warp, the 3 inch skin on the pudding proves it.
6. Bring your camera! Pictures can be taken during practices.

It's not really far from the actual practice area ... it's right across a driveway.
Well, Play 60 is from 5 to 7, and practice doesn't start until 6, so the kid has an hour to play before the team gets out there. And, if you sit near the fence to watch, you can look over your shoulder at the Play 60 field (which is fenced, which helps keep the kids corralled).
My little man has been beggin for a Cam autograph and pic. I'm starting to think we should have done the SP mall thing.
that is correct
Me and the kid are why we are going. Neither one of us will get bored, guaranteed The wife is the one who will get bored.
She was dreading it until I told her that Zod would be looking for women to take pictures of. Being the vain creature she is and realizing the potential attention, she now wants a new Panthers T-shirt to wear tomorrow.
My plan is to point at multiple random guys with cameras and tell her, "I think that may be that Zod guy" and let her run along and leave me and junior to the good stuff. It will keep her occupied.
they will usually.......as long as you get something in front of them w/ a "sharpie"
That's a good question. Anyone know the answer............?
Thanks, I'm looking forward to your updates and jealous I live a thousand miles away. I might even try to convince my girlfriend to go to the Patriots camp with me today. I just need a taste of football.
Yes, I take one every year.
If things work out I'll be there Monday for the first padded practice, want to see the LB's thumping people.
They gave out backpacks tonight so yeah you can wear them haha.
I think 6 EST.
Within a 5-7 minute drive, there are:
