2003 team was a better all around squad talent wise. 2015 had a great defense but it was also aided by Cam dominating the time of possession. He also carried that offense on his back. 2015 hurts a lot more because refs rigged the game for Manning’s retirement. -
Not gonna lie, I'd be all for it. MM was leading the pack in new coaching ideas and I think it was injuries that derailed everything for him, not his coaching. That and there had developed a few bad lockerroom guys.

2003 was just magical. The Cardiac Cats were something else and it was the ultimate underdog story again and again and again throughout that season. There was no give up in those guys. I still can't stand Belichick and Brady and you can't convince me that they hadn't been cheating and stealing our signals before that game. 2015 was just a steamroller year, but as it wore on and our celebrations each game got more raucous and unsportsmanlike, I just knew Karma was hovering around, waiting to strike. We came into that game like we had already been crowned as champs, acting like fools, wearing masks in interviews and sadly, got just embarrassed by a decent, not great, team headed by Peyton Manning on his last legs. Karma is a b!tch. -
agreed but if he were to go to Detroit and be successful I could see teams then willing to take another chance. Like others have said, he seems like an OC instead of a HC

Especially when you are watching film and see that your scheming WRs open is working while simultaneously seeing your QB struggle to get it done.

I was just happy they got into a SB in 2003. I went to SB 50 and it broke me. I never looked at football the same after that game. Great time outside of that with 2 family members who are no longer around but that game was brutal. Ron not changing anything or adapting to the situation. Refs making crappy calls. Poor quality playing field. Bunch of rich turds who only watch 1 game a year around uustalking about the things they own and do. Then we lost to a decrepit Manning. Just brutal. Thankfully we got the tickets at face value. -

He gets good catches and circus catches, he fugs up both with regularity. Not to mention he is atrocious at getting open. He will never be even a mediocre WR because doesn't care to be one. -
Ryan Fitzpatrick warns teams about hiring "dictator" Brian Flores NFL insider Ryan Fitzpatrick is warning teams to think twice before hiring Brian Flores as a head coach, painting a stark picture of the former Dolphins head man’s leadership style that could impact Flores’s candidacy this offseason. Fitzpatrick, who played under Flores in Miami, said on his podcast that Flores “became a dictator” during the later stages of his tenure with the Dolphins, alleging that the coach burned bridges and alienated coaching staff members — a reputation that could follow him as franchises interview him for head‑coach openings. While Flores has rehabilitated his image with roles in Pittsburgh and as the Vikings’ defensive coordinator, Fitzpatrick’s comments serve as a cautionary note for teams eyeing him for leadership roles. The former QB stressed that, despite Flores’s defensive acumen and likability in interviews, successful head coaches must foster collaboration and positive relationships — something Fitzpatrick suggests Flores struggled with previously. #NFL #BrianFlores #RyanFitzpatrick

You didn't have to drop AT. Even in hindsight, there is not a single logical argument or excuse for why they did what they did. The true answer, is that they were stupid. Just plain, regular real world stupid. - Today

SB50 was worse, IMO. The two big memories that stick out from both was watching the 2003 game like 6 months after when it was being reaired on cable and genuinely, delusionally thinking "maybe it will be different this time." That's how traumatic that ending was. But, I almost spent like $25-30k to go watch SB50 because I was so sure of the victory. Denver was so far and away the worst team we had faced all playoffs. There was no way we were gonna lose. Then I watch this game in a sports bar in bumfug GA, Cam a GA native and all these stupid rednecks jeering against Cam and cheering the shell of Peyton Manning's retarded ass. I was so fuging furious after that game. I am still mad about it to this day. But, I am damn sure glad I didn't spend that $25-30k. -

Idzik stays at OC, we promote from within for DC, ST stays the same That's the Panthers way.

Most realistic scenario in this thread so far, to be fair...

Now they've made the playoffs, who's to say Tepper doesn't get win now mentality again. I think we're a little ahead of schedule and they'll be more inclined to move off of Bryce and take that next step.

I’m at GSP and this gave me chills. Imagine sitting next to some kid on a flight who whips out a Lego set. I’d take my chance with a judge
