  1. Past hour
  2. I've said numerous times on here that I've never seen a prospect completely dupe the entire football world like Bryce did. Usually the NFL is brutal at devaluing prospects with less than ideal physical traits yet there were endless mental gymnastics performed to create reasons why it wouldn't matter with Bryce. I don't think that makes me a "savant". I just think for whatever reason the entire NFL world got caught up in some type of mass group delusion. It was bizarre.
  3. Trey Lance, aspirin, alcohol and patience. That's a decent option. Add Sam Howell and/or Will Levis into the mix for some variety.
  4. See that sounds a lot more approachable. Still not sold on him but taking a long look should absolutely be on the table. I also think he will do another prove it deal to earn a spot
  5. I was just surmising that the people with such staunch stances on Bryce early on before all the so called experts must be Savants. And then I remembered how those other QBs in listed have been talked about around here
  6. And “not prohibitively bad” to WHO????????? They should’ve addressed the poo over the offseason. We’re 5-5 instead of say, 7-3, because of fuging Bryce.
  7. I wonder who is "prohibitively bad at the position" if it isn't Bryce.
  8. I respect what Shanahan does with QBs. That being said, if we sign Mac as the fuging fix to this poo, I will blow my fuging brains out.
  9. i think he may go on to have a decent career with another team but will never be elite. If we can get anything for him, we should deal him. I'm sure someone thinks they can fix him.
  10. Still intrigued about giving Trey Lance a shot. He will be a FA and not too expensive.
  11. https://x.com/josephperson/status/1988347710169038977 Mike White is back
  12. Geno and Mac Jones are going to be options 1 and 2 more than likely, so do agree with that.
  13. I think we've all been noticing this trend for years. In the NFL QBs don't get salaries based solely on production. Your contract is based on how much the guy ahead of you in contract negotiations just got paid. You know the salary structure in the NFL is out of whack when 3 Time SB winner Patrick Mahomes doesn't even make the top 10 list in terms of salary. No guy on this list has a Super Bowl ring and only three of them (Goff, Burrows and Purdy) have even played in a SB game. But who cares, the next guy up always gets more than the guy that precedes him. You can't tell me that the agents are not doing this on purpose in order to keep the salaries escalating. https://www.si.com/nfl/highest-paid-quarterbacks-football-full-breakdown (Oct 2025) Dak Prescott Cowboys $60,000,000 $240,000,000 Josh Allen Bills $55,000,000 $330,000,000 Joe Burrow Bengals $55,000,000 $275,000,000 Trevor Lawrence Jaguars $55,000,000 $275,000,000 Jordan Love Packers $55,000,000 $220,000,000 Tua Tagovailoa Dolphins $53,100,000 $212,400,000 Brock Purdy 49ers $53,000,000 $265,000,000 Jared Goff Lions $53,000,000 $212,000,000 Justin Herbert Chargers $52,500,000 $262,500,000 Lamar Jackson Ravens $52,000,000 $260,000,000
  14. Before Bryce was limited. Sam Darnold was this Baker Mayfield was that, Daniel Jones doesn't belong on an NFL field, Mac Jones is nothing but Sam Howell hes got it hahaha
  15. Funny, I think this might not be a bad crop. Yes, the guys who were discussed as first rounders/heisman favorites have honestly poo the bed but maybe you can find a guy early 2nd like a Dart or Love or Lamar or Brees or Favre. You’ll probably still get some first round QBs. Take Sellers. Dude looked really good in his first starting year last year. OC goes to coach App and he gets Mike Shula, yes, that Mike Shula as his OC this year. Remember Cam’s stats in 2018 with Norv before teams realized his arm was shot? I’d love to see Sellers with a good OC/QB whisperer. Maybe, just maybe we’ll get lucky and have a good QB in a bad situation fall to our 2nd.
  16. People say this every year. It’s always the next year that will be better, yada, yada. Tired ass take. The good ones don’t grow on trees. Pessimism does tho.
  17. Tell me you don’t watch the Panthers yet have to churn out content. Bryce not that bad….because Carolina has managed to win a couple really odd ball games where he was largely a spectator?
  18. As soon as we bring in another QB it will become untenable with Bryce will have to deal him. We've seen it numerous times with these highly drafted QBs
  19. Canales doing a wonderful job.. Lol They both suck. Bryce just sucks more
  20. Who is claiming to be a QB savant? It was blatantly obvious Bryce didn't have the tools to be a high level starting NFL QB. What I was wrong about on Bryce was that he was actually a lot more limited than I even thought.
  21. Not taking anyone seriously that leans into Murray being a fix. Mac Jones would be fine in free agency but not in a trade IMO. I just want to see who is available and what Young does once they tell him mm they aren't picking up his 5th year option. Im still hoping he ask for a trade and we can all close out that chapter of pain.
  22. Im not carrying water for Bryce im carrying water that the arm chair GMs here aren't the QB savants they think they are
  23. I mean, he's been pretty quiet since the draft, but it's not like the past history doesn't indicate the potential.
  24. Mac Jones is an ideal fit for our situation. He could come in and flourish right away. And I f***ing HATE Mac Jones.
