Honestly if a team was offering us a 1st for Bryce right now I do that deal in a damn heartbeat. Ride it out with Dalton or whoever while we pseudo-tank and continue to let time build the D, etc. and grab a QB high in the 1st round next year. Hopefully Bryce proves me wrong but I'm just so far from sold on his future here, even with the rebound last year. But I don't think any team would offer us a 1st right now.

could we use a Devin Lloyd type? probably. does Coker really have anything to do with that type hypothetical? I don't see. I think most teams generally have their own version of Coker (which doesn't make him relevant in terms of player acquisition IMO.

I like hearing it’s getting chippy. A lot of the same guys as last year on both sides. Means they’re getting to know each others strengths and weaknesses and get under each others skin. That bodes well for improvement across the board. Just like how Jordan Gross credits going up against Julius Peppers in practice for making him a better player. Coker isn't an experienced veteran, and neither did he go to Minnesota with Bryce Young and company. Now I am not saying he didnt have his reasons for not attending, but he's still a young kid.

Seems like Ward fell victim to being lumped in with the overall weak QB class when honestly he had the makeup both physically and from a stats perspective of a typical #1 overall QB. Meanwhile, Trevor "Generational" Lawrence had a 78 rookie rating and has a 74 rating in the coming game. LOL

Adam Thielen's one handed catch last year in OT against the Bucs was the best catch I have seen by a Panther in several years. To bad we wasted it.

Every draft would be wildly different redrafted a few years later. Rookie Madden ratings are pretty much entirely based on mock draft hype. The Cam Ward disrespect is REAL though. 72 for a #1 overall is wild.

It's definitely one of the better and more memorable catches. But the "best" IMO is undisputed because it has yet to be topped.

Those outside of Hunter seem mighty generous. But madden rarely gets it right in ratings in the first place. By the 2nd roster update of this season it will probably be more like it, I hope.
