  1. Past hour
  2. This HOF voter says it wasn't a snub as much as it was that there's a limited number of votes to give out and he put his votes on others first https://awfulannouncing.com/nfl/kansas-city-star-vahe-gregorian-hall-of-fame-voter-bill-belichick.html
  3. Brady's an owner now they've already sized the jacket
  4. It's going to be very funny to see him have to deal with shell of Deshaun Watson and two PS QB's next season.
  5. Brady is still essentially cheating to this very day in the NFL.
  6. BC is unlikely to be able to sign with us until sometime either very close to the regular season or during it. He tore his Achilles and he will be unable to pass a physical for a long time.
  7. He is primarily a receiving TE. He would make Sanders redundant, IMO.
  8. Browns hire Ravens OC Todd Monken for their HC. A 60 year old with only three years of HC experience and that was over a decade ago at Southern Miss where he went 13-25 over three seasons. The Ravens' offense fell off a cliff this year from being a top 5 unit the previous two seasons to middle of the pack #16 this year getting Harbaugh fired. In other words, classic Browns move. LOL But like Tepper has found put, these are the types of hires you're left to make when everyone with other options is going to choose other options.
  9. Honestly, I've never believed owners should be in the Hall of Fame.
  10. I've never been a big fan of Belichick, but the idea that he shouldn't be a first ballot Hall of Famer is absurd. If it's because of the scandals are they going to deny Tom Brady the first year as well? If it's anything else it's clearly a political game.
  11. Don't care either way, but will note i cant come up with a HoF type coach who didn't have great players
  12. Today
  13. Considering how expensive our O-line is and how little Cap room we have, I bet they let Mays walk (unless he wants to return on a discount). I’m betting they resign Corbett and Christensen and let them battle Samac for the starting C spot. Also, I think they kick the can down the road again via draft since we have so many needs.
  14. This 100 percent. No matter how good a QB is coming out of college, they can't make up for the other 52 guys on the roster or the 20 or so coaching staff members. And the higher the pick, the worse situation they are often getting into. I still contend that we're only now beginning to get a decent groundwork to BEGIN evaluating Bryce and his potential or lack thereof.
  15. You had me at mauling. If he's got brains, too... Centers have to, have to, have to be smart.
  16. Yeah I don’t think we need him. Kon is a better version of him.
  17. When they win the hold teams in check straight ass to belt on their wins in January
  18. I don't have a problem with them snubbing him for a while due to him being an very, very, VERY obvious cheater. You won't see much from the NFL for a couple of reasons. One being that they are intimately aware of how deep their cheating went, burning the evidence to cover it up from ever seeing the light of day. The second being his persistent feud with Robert Kraft, whom is one of their owners. The NFL taking the side of a lowly paid NFL head coach(current or former) versus an NFL owner is incredibly unlikely to ever happen.
  19. Yeah, one of the most protected and biggest whiners at QB in NFL history making a comment like that was insane.
  20. Not true. Need factors in. If you have Barry Sanders backed up by Adrian Peterson, you don't draft a RB because he's ranked higher on your board than a position where you have zero starting caliber players.
  21. He was def snubbed, but I think some of the more traditional voters are going to make him wait until year 2 because up until last year HC had to wait 5 years after retirement. So he'd still be getting in before Shula, Landry, etc. on wait time. Just not first ballot.
  22. Hecht is playing really well at the Senior Bowl right now. Also, Keylan Rutledge is taking center snaps at the Senior Bowl too. Rutledge is a massive, mauling OG. If he can make a good transition to center, that's a massive upgrade over Cade Mays.
