The NFL does have a QB problem. I swear take the John Fox pill or a form of it. Just build one hell of a defense and rushing attack. Then you can insert dam near any "decent" QB and fight for 7-10 wins. Too many team have drafted QBs with the idea they can walk on water, fix the whole team and a QB will find you. There's only 4 QB able to carry lesser teams- Burrow, Allen, Jackson, and Mahomes(Reid carry?). Then its bunch of Geno, Goff, types until the 16s. Then you have the BY and lawrence group, sadness and years of may 6 win and ultra teases.

If the Dolphins offense clicks, then they are better than us. Tua isn’t elite, but he’s better than Young. Hill is a loss for them, but they have other options to pass to. So I’d give them an offensive edge. On defense it’s a toss up or edge to us.

A number of teams around the league see attendances fluctuate during lean years, especially the newer teams and less storied franchises. Our team still ranks in the top dozen in terms of attendance despite being bad. If they put a winning product on the field there’ll be no questions about attendance. As for a move to Europe, I can’t see it. If the Jaguars haven’t done it, then I don’t see anyone else going for it. I suspect the best thing for the NFL is to continue with different markets for the international series. Perhaps have a game in a different major international market every week and less in London?

My honest take is Titans and Phins are worse than Panthers. Then its a toss up between Jets, Raiders, Saints and Panthers. Those are the bottom 6 teams, but it would not surprise me if Panthers lost to Phins this week. Force to rank- 32- Titans 31- Phins 30- Panthers 29- Raiders 28- Saints 27- Jets

I want ZERO to do with Sellars if he comes out this year. He flat out isn't on pace to be a good enough passer for some NFL team to throw him out there early simply because the team stinks. If Sellars is smart, he will stay in college (first round NFL money, no longer has the power it used to)

Feels like this part is worth mentioning too: We had guys here who could play and decided to go in a different direction (twice). Who is in charge of evaluating QBs in this organization? Tepper? Because the revolving door of coaches and GMs keep changing while the problems stay the same.

Teams likely going to draft at QB Saints, Raiders, Panthers, Jets, Browns Teams thinking about drafting a QB Steelers, Rams (time to groom someone behind Stafford), Dolphins (Tua seems to have run his course), Titans (If Cam Ward goes 0-17 and gets Rosen'd and they completely clean house which is possible), Cardinals (maybe one more year from giving up on Kyler), Eagles (I think they take one in the top 3 rounds because Hurts doesn't appear to be making progress as a passer) That's an awful lot of teams and so far the draft class isn't that solid so that's scary. I think for sure 4 1st round QB's get picked, and probably 5, and Allar could be the 6th at the end of the 1st. So yeah, Sellers is getting picked. I just hope we end up with Dante Moore, Mateer, or Nussmeier, and not Sellers, Mendoza, or Allar. In reality 4 out of the 6 will bust, and I don't think we are skilled/lucky enough to pick the franchise QB.

Dowdle and Etienne are fine. Won't make a difference much regardless unless the pass offense stops being cheeks.

I am undecided on Canales. My thoughts were okay he is a qb guy and the deal is, (Tepper perspective) if I hire this QB guy to fix Bryce and he can’t then I will accept that he he can’t be fixed. And I will have a QB guy in place to get a real one. I was good with that. I have a hard time stopping after chapter one. I need to see chapter two if possible Further, the saying ‘fraud vitiates everything’ applies to this. Bryce is a basically a fraud. That is how my brain works: strange or not I see this as only the first part of the test and I knew Bryce could not be fixed. He isn’t broken in the first place. He is exactly what they drafted. He didn’t get ruined this is who he has always been and you cannot ‘fix’ him to be Drew Brees like everybody claimed he was. Said it before, it’s like handing a chef dog food and expecting a great steak. And then blame the chef. I just want it to play out. Hell I was a Wilks Darnold keep the 9th pick guy anyway. I am not married to Dave I just want to see us stay the course and judge at the end of the test. If he fails then, he fails do what you want.
