Week 1 - Panthers @ Jaguars (practice tweets, news articles, videos, etc)
CRA replied to Icege's topic in Carolina Panthers
Last time older bro Etienne had a nice game......Carolina was in town. -
Damn, I didn’t know that. What could have been…. Sigh.
-
Eh have to kinda disagree with you here. The whole point of “student athlete” was you get a free education and some of these schools are not cheap. Now they get free education if they choose to plus money plus freedom of movement. At some point you have to cap something
-
the smaller ones are just called baby wipes and have been around for ages.
-
Despite these being marketed to men, I have never used them, or even thought about the necessity of buying this product. I am wondering, since it shows a size of XL, are there other sizes? I would assume most would want the largest size possible.
-
The order of the reporting maybe, but they werent happy with his conditioning and then put him on a workout program which he apparently worked on. There is smoke there regardless of what you believe because its not a totally normal thing to put a player on a team regulated workout plan, it can happen though.

If UNC loses to Charlotte they should fire BB
-
Basically looked like UNC from last year. No defense and not enough offense to make up for it. Having Sam Howell and then Drake Maye as well as some pretty damn good RBs hid a lot of underlying talent issues that can't be hidden anymore. We have 70 new players under Belichick and evidently half of them aren't D1 caliber.
-
I didn't end up watching any of the game, but I have seen the final score and the endless Belichick memes dominating Twitter today. That...must have been rough

"This guy is bullsh-t!" "Oh yeah, well this guy is horsesh-t!" Does it ultimately make any real difference if they're both sh-t? - Today

Observer Projections / *Updated Panthers Waiver Additions
Mr. Scot replied to Icege's topic in Carolina Panthers
In five decades of football fandom, I've been dead wrong just as frequently as I've been 100% right; been the first to notice something and been the last to catch on; been hailed as a genius and derided as a moron: have seen things plain as day when others didn't and stood mystified by things that even the simplest fans easily understood... Ultimate result? The realization that I don't need to be the smartest, the first, the wisest, or the guy on top of a leaderboard that doesn't exist. It's just fun to talk football. Best wishes from me -

Martin started following 2026, an LB draft?
-
Looking way ahead here, but I think 2026 will be a very strong LB draft. So this might be the year we get our new defensive leader. Arvell Reese from Ohio State has a chance to be special. All this assuming Bryce is our QB moving forward. Feel free to not derail the intended LB thread with QB stuff.

I don't even know where to start...

Saints just released a good safety
LinvilleGorge replied to Captain Morgan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah, I know people are saying to grab him to bolster our special teams and I get that, but let's be honest... do we really think we're likely in a position where a better special teams gunner is going to fundamentally help our team? I wouldn't want to release anyone who we think has any potential either this year or down the road to contribute on offense or defense to add a better gunner to this year's roster. Now if we want to add him and drop David Moore? Okay, fine. That's the type of move that would make sense. We drop our token core special teamer for a better token core special teamer. -
If the Saints, a team arguably worse than we were last season, with a similarly bad defense (although not as historically bad as we were) let the guy go... ... there's a reason. The only thing we could gain from grabbing him is some insight into the Saints' special teams efforts. And that's just not worth a roster spot.
