It's not my job to identify the candidates and the recruits. But I can tell you that the coaching and the playing is ass and that it wasn't a lack of resources issue.

You're upset the roster sucks but have no reco on who the better recruits would've been. You're the guy who gets in an uber, tells the driver he's going the wrong way, and then the driver asks "which way should I go" and you reply "I don't know, just not this way".

Seifert is a good comp. Billed as "The Guy" and then it turns out he's an over the hill product of a greater machine that was successful. Which, not to say BB doesn't deserve a chunk of his NFL accolades. The face saving measure is pulling the rip cord as soon as feasible. Make the media story how bad he was as a coach and not how bad the hiring decision overall was.

Yeah, it's very clear his time here is over. Not good for us or him to keep him around.

He would probably be soaking up a lot of TMac's targets. Bryce had a definitive connection with him, for better or worse.

We will see. I disagree on XL. More likely he would actually look worse because others would elevate their play and its unlikely he is capable of doing that.

Not great for XL but from what I've seen Tremayne runs better routes, is a better blocker and has better hands.
