  1. Past hour
  2. Which creates a problem with the current QB not fitting his system and why I firmly believe he has three years left unless everything just absolutely falls apart and it's not Bryces fault
  3. Mathis was this guy. I remember this play. https://x.com/JMurrayWrld/status/1712653245871747102?ref_src=twsrc^tfw|twcamp^tweetembed|twterm^1712653245871747102|twgr^9555d22e528b85c7ccb444160001054d82df7dea|twcon^s1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.redditmedia.com%2Fmediaembed%2F176oh7d%2F%3Fresponsive%3Dtrueis_nightmode%3Dfalse https://x.com/JMurrayWrld/status/1712653245871747102?ref_src=twsrc^tfw|twcamp^tweetembed|twterm^1712653245871747102|twgr^9555d22e528b85c7ccb444160001054d82df7dea|twcon^s1_c10&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.redditmedia.com%2Fmediaembed%2F176oh7d%2F%3Fresponsive%3Dtrueis_nightmode%3Dfalse
  4. in 6 years of college football...he saw the endzone 3 times. Dude is not a weapon.
  5. We are obsessed with big straight line speed receivers.
  6. Are you really going to pretend that SCar's overall pool of talent vs. Clemson's is even a debate during the Panthers' existence? I mean, I'm a huge UNC fan but I'm not going to humiliate myself trying to make that argument.
  7. Cade Klubnik could go undefeated(play S in the Palmetto Bowl and pick off Sellers) , win the natty, and Heisman and 10000% you are right ....and he name called at the podium would be Sellers.
  8. https://motorcyclesports.net/nfl/jim-harbaugh-praises-dalevon-campbells-standout-preseason-as-unexpected-weapon-for-chargers-offense-in-final-roster-push/ Jim Harbaugh praises Dalevon Campbell’s standout preseason as unexpected weapon for Chargers’ offense in final roster push
  9. UDFA with 300 yards as a 5th year senior for the Gamecocks. That sounds like a great answer Dan. meanwhile, Renfrow out there cooking up Jaycee Horn for lunch and Panthers are like....nah, I'm good. maybe Canales should adapt his scheme to fit talent he can get his hands vs acquiring weak and using pieces for all he knows.
  10. If Bryce flops it's 100% gonna be Sellers in '26. LOL But you're right, this organizations fascination with SCar prospects and utter disregard for Clemson prospects is just bizarre.
  11. We should trade everything for Deshaun Watson and Christian Wilkins. How about the great Isaiah Simmons?
  12. Seriously! Can't fathom why we have a connection to SC! Clempson should be our go-to in the Carolinas. Gamecocks are overrated/injured all the time
  13. What more could Thielen have taught XL and Coker after a full season and two preseasons? We'll be fine. At the very least, we'll have a really good idea where our WR corps is at the end of the season.
  14. The issue is they were hired in the first place. And Mr. Tepper didn't just hire front office executives to handle everything. He personally hopped on a plane with his right hand man Marty Hurney and flew out to Matt Rhule's house and let Rhule woo him with meatballs and life stories. Tepper was also fully involved in the hiring of Reich and did so bypassing another candidate in Wilks. Tepper also made it abundantly clear that he was pining for Bryce Young months before the draft. To believe he was not steering the trajectory of the team in some significant capacity throughout this would be akin to believing in Santa Claus.
  15. Fug it, watch them bring in Steve Taneyhill in here to backup Bryce Young at this point. The Panthers brilliant strategy of building a pipeline from a meh SEC school has clearly not been one that has panned out as a brilliant strategy. UofSC is the #1 college of the Carolina Panthers...factually speaking. Folks at BOA think we in the WNBA. Lord for forbid we add anyone from down the road where they are about to lift their 4th natty this year.
  16. If I remember correctly he had some insanely good games and then had some real poor ones. A very inconsistent QB. I believe he has all the tools maybe DC can put him in a position to be a solid backup. Dalton can't play forever.
  17. We have had one of the worst groups of skill players in the NFL since he came in the league. Maybe not this year, we will see, but no one is proven.
  18. Or they're building up draft capital for another trade that's more valuable than a critical starting vet WR. What player would a 2026 1st, 2027 1st, 2027 4th & 2026 5th pick get them? Parsons, 2027 2nd & a conditional 2027 5th? That's the only play that makes any sense after going with Thielen for all of the pre-season and getting rid of Renfrow. If all the Panthers got for this was a mid round pick, they may as well advertise that they're giving up for the season. The WR squad was suppose to be the big move to help Young & Thielen was key.
  19. as the guy who spazzed out the loudest about Renfrow being cut.... I'll repeat it again after a day to think about it. Hunter Renfrow plays a very specific niche and he is great at it. But what Renfrow does, does not fit in a Dave Canales scheme. Which I think is why he didn't land a spot. Canales wasn't going to morph his O and Renfrow doesn't play the slot like AT does (2 completely different animals and functions in the slot. AT was out there playing TE variant. They were slow developing routes.. Renfrow is trying to break someone's ankle 5 yards downfield for an easy ball and quick strike. Canales' entire tree is rooted in run, run, deep chunk ball.
  20. I don't know - he played for a wonky BS offense with Tennessee and I thought he had some red flags on his tape while playing for them. Not surprised he has struggled in the NFL
