I'll have to agree to disagree on how fair it was. In my view from the peanut gallery he had an opportunity to hedge his bet going into this season. Even if he were confident in Young he hasn't shown he can produce with him. He hasn't shown an ability to adjust his system or play calls during the game. He cannot control his own coaches or coaching decisions. And that's just off the top of my head. If I really gave two sh*ts I'm sure I could dig up a few more reasons. I'm coming to the realization that I may never see this team competitive again in my lifetime. F*ck you Tepper.

At least with Fields you have to account for his running ability and he occasionally throws a really nice deep ball

Fields is exciting (if frustrating). Young is boring (and also frustrating).

Week 4 Other Games

Changed this for you so it's still accurate next week. -
I would still much rather watch Justin Fields than Bryce Young on a weekly basis lol
-
See there is the rub. I don’t think he got a fair chance. So who would you turn to?

Actual picture of Dave Canales

The plan is fine. I just think they picked the wrong green horn to stick to.

I’m not trying to be an asshole to you I am just frustrated I will just say that when people make agreements they need to follow through on them. My understanding of what was done and why it was done with Canales is that we knew we were hiring a guy that wasn’t ready. We agreed that we would give him time to be read to grow into it. I didn’t pick Canales but he had a track record of helping QBs. I never for a minute believed anyone could help Young be what he can never be. Ao you hand a green side a clusterfug and expect miracles right away. That could never work. But with some time and better QB to work with it might. People learn the guy is overwhelmed but not without merit. Peraonally I got slammed for saying I wasn’t thrilled with his positive and he sounds like a metrosexual beta to me. Not the hard nose ball coach I am used to I knn no ow he isn’t perfect but at some point we need to stick to a plan doegivw the typos I am on a tiny phone with big fingers. too many to fix

From the looks of it it's rancid. It certainly smells bad. Better throw it out.

The jets have like 12 penalties and 3 turnovers.

Observer Young needed to be more than turnover fred

I'm not on Twitter or any other social media so that frees up a lot of time I cannot afford to waste. I waste too much of my time on here as it is now. -
It seems obvious that Tepper placed conditions on their employment. I hope this has an expiration date.
-
We technically have a SB winning starter but he’s our worst defensive player lol

Well most of what's on Twitter is Panthers related for me. So when Shena and others ask questions I answer. And if the answer involves Bryce it's gonna be an argument cause I don't let poo go . I'm not on Twitter all day or nothing tho. -
It’s Shawshank and Tepp is the warden
-
Tepper is trying to be the next Jerry Jones. He's actually the super secret head coach behind the scenes.
-
I feel like Tepper needs to give the fans an opportunity to have weekly meetings with him so that he can catch his own ass chewings.
-
It's no wonder why our wish lists have to start where everyone else's end.
-
I was just thinking when someone posted the clip of angry Tepper after the game yesterday, and I thought to myself, “I wonder if Dave has to attend the meetings Reich used to really talk glowingly about?” this picture answers that.

You answered your own question in the 2nd sentence.

I’m half joking when I say someone from the huddle could step out there and do what he does, but I’m not. Because what he does is exactly what I expect from someone with little to no experience trying to make things happen. The way even when he tries to avoid mistakes, he seems to find them. Watching him try to run away from a defender twice his size and still get hawked down, then him try to do the smart thing and tuck the ball away, only for the said defender to punch the ball out with ease. Watching him scramble out of the pocket, get squared up by a defender, one on one, and then he tries to juke one way. No, the other way. No maybe I should’ve went the first way. Then trip over himself and fall forward while fumbling. The Jessie Bates game - those picks he threw? You see most QBs might make a throw like that a couple times a season. He has done it 2 or 3 times a game, multiple games in his career. He did it twice against Jacksonville this season. It all looks like someone who is new to this. It looks like someone who has no idea what they’re doing and are in way over their head. -
Defend the boundary numbers out, shallow zone in the middle of the field with safeties playing two deep and tell your rushers to close lanes. He will get antsy in the pocket and move his feet. He's toast after that because it's just wait for the 2-5 yard throw to the outside and since the defense coverage should be pushing outside the numbers towards the boundary you've got players to go after the runner to limit YAC.
