I think a lot of the people "defending" Watson are skeptical about the timing of all of this situation. The optics are admittedly pretty sketchy. Given the recent trade demands from Watson and the the less than stellar reputation of the Texans ownership, it's not a far stretch of the imagination to think this could be blown way out of proportion to force Watson to settle with not only these accusers but the team as well. The attorney has previously been accused of making fabricated claims against the mayor too so this all has to be taken with a grain of salt until there's some real evidence provided aside from some instagram DMs that just prove he hired them for a massage that might have gotten awkward. Did I say that? I'm just saying the whole massage game is a fine line between therapeutic and being a straight up escort. The accusers might all be telling the truth. But I have a hard time believing all the allegations since it's a civil case, the timing of the situation given Watson's trade demands, and the reputation of the lawyer.
