Wentz update: Trade is close, with three teams involved
hepcat replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Colts made out like absolute bandits in this trade. Wentz is going to be good for them. No other team was a fit for Wentz. -
Going to be an interesting offseason. Team has a lot of holes. Outside of upgrading at QB which is obvious.... This team needs to go all in on fixing the offensive line. I wouldn't mind a first and second round draft pick on OL if they make a move at QB elsewhere. Continue building the defense with some later round picks. Depth on the DL and CB are big positions of need. There's potential the team improves next season but I expect something around 6-10 unless something major happens at QB.

The only thing that has changed is the amount and availability of rumors on social media

would love him on the Panthers but I don't think he'd like to go to another wannabe team. he should go to the Bucs, Rams, Chiefs, Bills, Packers, would be my choice if I were him. In that order.

Todd McShay mocks us to trade up with Miami to get Trey Lance
hepcat replied to electro's horse's topic in Carolina Panthers
I would love to draft Trey Lance but that’s a steep price to pay for a guy with a huge risk attached to him. As the Super Bowl showed us, winning at the highest level is more than just good QB play. I’d rather continue to build up a good team and draft or sign another QB later in the draft than give up future assets if the right guy isn’t there. -
All-Pro died like 4 years ago but the forum remained for awhile

Per Joe Person: players Panthers would like to re-sign

I feel like Mike Davis should come back -
That person should lose their job. What a sick idiot.

After I actually went and watched those 5 games and realized Teddy was carried by a potent Saints running game and Michael Thomas bailing Teddy out with miraculous wizardry catches, I knew it wouldn’t end well. I’m on record many times last offseason saying Teddy was no better than Kyle Allen for a much more expensive price.

If you really wanna make some money in the market right now, you need to be in OTC penny stocks. I've made 10k in a month. If this keeps up I'll be a millionaire by the summer.

Wentz update: Trade is close, with three teams involved
hepcat replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
I doubt the Panthers are interested in Wentz and that huge contract but who knows -
Wow...Panther’s social pretty honest about Teddy.

Cam’s jersey was marked down 75% in the stadium stores in late 2019, I mean you can’t make it any more obvious -
The SB showed us about having a solid O-line
hepcat replied to musicman's topic in Carolina Panthers
Feels like the Panthers have a bad offensive line almost every season. The one year they didn’t was 2015 and they went to the super bowl -
For all you new-school fans: Do I have to say it?

If KC had their starting offensive line this would have been a competitive game. Mike Remmers was the starting LT for the chiefs -
Panthers players with mixed feels on Remmers

Bucs are going to win. Tom is going to will them to victory and retire

Today is the last day my wife allows me to bust out the deep fryer until week 1 of next season. So I’m going all out. Bone in and boneless Wings, curly fries, jalapeño poppers, calamari. Then this week we’re doing a juice cleanse LOL

But what a great sport Teddy is taking this news like a champ. They should give him an award for trying.

It doesn’t look like the Panthers want to even go into the draft with Bridgewater on the roster

If the Panthers trade the 8th pick for Carson Wentz , I will ____________

POOP OUT MY WEENER -
I don’t know about that. Trubisky flat out struggles to move the offense. He’s more athletic than Teddy, but Teddy can at least get you in scoring position, albeit he’s absolutely god awful in the red zone. I really think it’s a push given their strengths and weaknesses. I wouldn’t want either as my starting QB and honestly I might prefer Bridgewater. And that thought makes me want to vomit.

Trubisky and Bridgewater are the same caliber of QB
