Tepper is a piece of poo. Ruined the panthers and couldn't help himself when things were going decent for fc. I hate this idiot
-
Haven't been concerned until a few weeks ago. I tried to brush off the arm talk. I think people are choosing to sit on the sidelines right now with talks of lower rates end of next year. Which is probably the smart thing but not the best for me personally.

So which away games you plan on attending?
toldozer replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
We are looking at LA or Baltimore. I went to Cincinnati when meshawn Johnson quit on a route and Jake threw the game sealing pick in the end zone. Trying to check off every stadium so panthers suckatude isn't really relevant. LA, Baltimore and Seattle are the only three road stadiums I haven't been to on this years schedule and Seattle in December is out -
If you're getting those offers you'll sell for 15-20% more then what they say is a great offer. If you're in the Charlotte area and you're considering taking an open door offer please talk to me first lol

Offers seem to be slowing but the ones that come in are still super competitive (well over list). Good agents will soon catch on that their buyers are only competing with 3 or 4 other buyers instead of 20 or more this time last year.

Qbs drive ratings. Media outlets probably didn't believe these guys were that good either. Defensive tackles don't get people to tune in or read online articles. That's the bottom line. Media dollars made these quarterbacks "first round" picks

I would have went Howell and I hate the Tarheels

Round 2-3 predictions. Do the Panthers get a pick,?
toldozer replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Teams do it, and yes it would be stupid -
Oh no he can absolutely go but I just don't think we will get value back
-
Let's just hold in the 4th. If Carson strong is there take him and start him day 1. If he is good awesome he'll be cheap for 2 more years. If he sucks great we get a high pick in a much better qb draft next year

Their website looks on par with a youth softball league's

Round 2-3 predictions. Do the Panthers get a pick,?

If that's the trade I'd do it all day long. More likely scenario is we'd have to trade our first next year for a second rounder this year and I am not about that at all. If we give up a first for any of these qbs I'll be PISSED -
People have been saying this since he got hurt in 2018. We ran him into the ground, just accept it.

Ummmmmmm you've seen Joe Bradys game plans though. A paper bag and a trash can would be tough for him to game plan against. -
X missed out on 560 bucks
-
We should trade back If Malik is available. Then trade back again If Pickett is. End up with 3 firsts next year in a deeper draft

Panthers terminating Rock Hill project agreements
toldozer replied to Dorian Gray's topic in Carolina Panthers
The bonds were for road and city infrastructure, no? I feel again they should have that plan based on the plans tepper gave. I mean weren't the plans publicly available? -
Panthers terminating Rock Hill project agreements

I'm not entirely sure but a bond is basically a loan right? Why would tepper sports need to tell rock hill how to secure a loan? -

Your boy Reyna did nothing last night, per usual. I'm glad we got the win, some other clubs lost playing backups to lower level team than greenville. -
My wife paid 82000 for a property in late 2017, we just sold it for 290k a month ago. Our current house we bought for 330 last April. I'm sure we could sell it for 480 today. Probably 550 after we do reno this summer

My parents first home was at 18.5%, mine was 4.5% in 2009. Our mortgage is at 3% from last April. Yeah surprised 40 years aren't starting to become the norm already
