I would actually be fine with tremble, Sullivan and Ricci as 2,3,4 but desparately need an upgrade at 1

2020 in an empty stadium I believe
-
Lawrence had Minshew as a mentor. Who would our rookie QB have?
-
So you are ok on entering the season with 3 QBs that have never started an NFL game and 2 of those never taken a regular season snap and no one to mentor?
-
This is where I am. Sign Brissett and draft Levis at 9 if he falls or draft Hooker in the 2nd
-
Gantt indicates the Panthers should bring in Carr

Definitely an option. Is he better than Darnold? I am not sure just asking if he would be an upgrade -
So I am assuming we are not tagging anyone?
-
I think we have to draft QB. Just sign Brissett or Sam as a bridge
-
Daniel Jeremiah Has us taking.....

Or WR -
Lot cheaper than last year. I’d be ok as a bridge if we are drafting QB in round 1
-
I do wonder how much Sam would cost at these rates
-
We have to sign someone. We are not going into the season with 3 QBs (assuming we draft one) who have never started a single nfl game
-
Of the 3 probably opt 1. Opt 2 will want more than he’s worth.

Has anyone looked at our Cap situation for 2023?

Wow good call out. You are right
-
I didn’t even realize this was an option. No one from last year is returning except Tabor and Campen
-
He should have been drafted after Howell, Zappe, and Purdy last year but of course we had no one who knew how to evaluate a QB. Hopefully that changes this year
-
And some teams are well coached. We have not been in quite a while
-
Here’s the thing. We don’t even know if Sam wants to come back. Except for the last game he actually played pretty decent. There is probably a market for him as a backup QB
