He's probably tired of the media shatting all over him because he's not on a more favored franchise and we hired a defensive HC and GM with a #1 overall pick invested in a QB. I'm sure he's gonna cost more than he would if we had tried harder to build around him, cause it kinda looks like we don't give a poo about him the way this has all gone down. Can't say I blame him.

I think the notion that he needs to give his franchise tag money back PLUS play for league minimum is kind of ridiculous. I think giving us a big hometown discount on a long-term contract would be enough to make up for the money he made sitting on the couch last year.

How in the world would he have orchestrated the NFL mishandling the Ray Rice incident? That's the reason why he sat out the season, not his own trial. So it would take Ray Rice, Janay Rice, Roger Goodell, Nicole Holder, her friend, and the media all working together. Not plausible at all.

This was separate from the civil suit. Plus, that kind of stuff happens all the time for various reasons having nothing to do with guilt or innocence.

I hope we can bring in solid competition through draft and FA for both Tackle spots, so wouldn't mind either. Remmers did well for us, but I'm not a fan of handing him the job with no competition.

These kinds of contests always end up like this, not surprised at all with the progression to paying for likes.

Whether it was comeback player of the year, pro bowls, or last year's Walter Payton, I think most Panthers fans understand exactly what he's saying. It's great to see this man recognized, and he's the type of guy that should be rewarded. Huddle needs to get this man into a pro bowl next year, and it falls on us as Panthers fans because we know a 4-3 OLB isn't going to get votes outside the fanbase over the 3-4 pass rushers...even if he is the best coverage LB in the game.

I'm more tired of hearing about deflated footballs than anything. Besides, I've only ever really cared about 1 Super Bowl...so far.
