    I did not want Fields at all last year. However I think it still might have been a better plan that the one we are currently on track for. Fields sitting for a year or even 2 would give us a better shot than Sam and the mystery pick.

    I am sure that would be considered tampering. Only certain teams are allowed to do that.

    I would pull the offer at this point and see if the other 2 can actually put 1 forward. If they can't then I would cut a substantially less offer at that point.
