  1. He didn't have 1 good thing to say about our WR's. I think he said they were good enough to win the NFCS if Bryce can elevate them. Ranks them 30th. He does say that he likes the skillset diversity and that the panthers dis good in free agency "with what was out there". Also, I think his focus is towards fantasy, and we do not have a top fantasy WR on our roster. I also love that he says that Carr might not be an upgrade over Dalton for NO, I thought the same thing.
  2. I was 1 of those defenders IN THE BEGINNING, but I was so sick of Hurney that I would have been excited if we'd have picked a random off the street. The excuse that i used in favor of Gettleman was that Hurney left him screwed in just about every way a GM could be screwed with some of the contracts he handed out and some of the "questionable" personnel decisions he made. Like trading a 2011 #33 pick for a small school QB with intentions of making him a WR! But even from the start, it was clear that he was an @$$hole.
  3. I’d punch him in his nipple shorts No hitting below the belt, so you'd have to aim for the face.
  4. He just lobbed that comment up there and @ladypanther was like...
  5. Because Smitty told him to sit down and STFU, the grown ups were talking, lol.
  6. Good segment. I love the back and forth between Smitty and Wolfe
  7. I have to confess that I'm kind of a ladypather fanboy. IMO, nearly everything you post is intelligent, optimistic and well said.
  8. Stuff that Rhule thinks doesn't matter: red zone offense, route trees for TE's, etc.
  9. I REALLY REALLY hope you're right, and the only one I disagree with is the top 3 THIS season... but only 1 of those things has come true so far.
  10. I almost bought 1 of those on fat sale after his season here. I DID see him play for us. It was ugly.
  11. TD and Greg. 1 defense, 1 offense. Both were long time stalwarts for us, and both were cast aside by Rhule before they were ready to go. The new regime kinda owes them.
  12. I'm on board as well. My 2 cents: 11 wins win the NFCS and 1 playoff game High confidence in Reich AND HIS STAFF Fitterer gets an A on the free agency and an A- on the draft Bryce WAS the correct call, but his size worries me CB depth worries me more GRASS please!!! SB in 3!
  13. Honestly, I only know the basics of who does what in a 3-4 base so I'm intrigued AF also. We're still missing a few pieces unless Evero can coach up a few historically mediocre players at CB and OLB, but it'll be fun to watch.
  14. You may be right, too soon to be sure. Let's hope both position groups prove you wrong.
  15. When I was a younger man, my weasel could hiccup 2 or 3 times a night! Now, I have to rest between hiccups.
  16. I agree about the o-line, as I stated way back on page 2, Stew was really good that year, but Sanders is coming off a probowl year and has better hands than Stew IMO, so I'm giving that a wash. I wasn't counting TE's in the receiving corps, but even with Greg the Great, I'll give this year an edge.
