  1. I wasn't watching live, but remember hearing about it and laughing my @$$ off. How TF do you not turn in a name?
  2. His extension keeps him here 2 more seasons at least. Currently 29 years old.
  3. I decided to play your game and do a mock based entirely off of visits. 1. Bryce Young QB Alabama 39. Julius Brents CB KS (I think we trade back slightly instead of picking him at 39, which means we can get the next guy somewhere in the 80's) 93. Derick Hall OLB Auburn 114. Nick Saldiveri G Old Dominion 132. Charlie Jones WR Purdue 145. Bumper Pool ILB Arkansas (I've been told he won't last to UDFA)
  4. Throw in Bumper Pool as a UDFA, and you've got on hellova draft.
  5. If Hooker ends up on a QB friendly team, I think he'll be really good in a year or 2.
  6. What a piece of crap! Career earnings > $80M
  7. Meh, he'll run it into the ground and it'll be a shadow of it's former self in 7 years.
  8. That's it! Make Indy give up a poo ton, pick Will Anderson Jr., and roll with Corral and Dalton. #Fitmagic! #sarcasm
  9. As volatile as this crowd can get, I feel that I have to add that disclaimer to nearly every post.
  10. Funny, I was looking at mocks as you were replying. I have not looked at 1st round talent at all because I know that we're going qb at #1. Lukas Van Ness, Jaxon Smith-Njigba (especially since we ASSUME that Stroud will be the #2 pick), Devon Witherspoon and Joey Porter are the 4 names that stand out to me. I'd give Van-Ness the edge (pun intended).
  11. If they offered #1 next year OR # 12, I'd pounce on the deal. Disclaimer, I have Young & Stroud very closely ranked. Not sure how the Panthers brass feel.
  12. You're logic doesn't make sense because we started at #9 and they're starting at #2. They KNOW that they will get Young or Stroud and we were hoping that Levis would make it to #9.
  13. Start high see what happens I think @Mr. Scot is already high if he's thinks they're giving up that haul for 1 spot. (he admits that he might not get them)
  14. Yes, There's a really good chance that is another top 10 pick TBH. It's going to be really boring sitting around until # 64 for the panthers to make their first pick next year.
  15. They can have #1 & 93. We get #2, 33, 65. They're giving up about 317 points to make it worth our while. FWIW, they would still have #12, 73, 104, 161, 188, 201, 203, 230, & 259
  16. OR...Starting Edge at 39 and serviceable CB at 93. You have to remember that we have 2 good starters at CB (if healthy) and only 1 starting quality OLB. Most charts I've seen have YGM starting opposite Burns with Haynes and Barno backing them up. A lot of folks around here (and only on here) have mentioned moving Luvu to OLB. While I think that he could thrive there, it creates an even bigger need at ILB, where we have 0 depth already. You ALWAYS need pass rushers.
