The scary part is I can actually see this happening. Every game left is super winnable and our defense is absolutely nasty. If Darnold simply manages the game he will manage our damn way into the 25th pick and we will never land our franchise qb.

I might agree, but the thing with the NBA is that they intentionally and willfully don't follow their own rules, and they aren't shy about it. In the NFL they are genuinely trying. These bad calls are legitimately stupid.

NFL officiating continues to be, without question, the worst in all of sports.

If PJ Walker somehow become a decent starting QB then I say go for the gold. At this point though I just want a good QB dammit.

I agree. I also think Burns specifically is going to get better and better. What he shows on tape next year may push his value even higher if the Panthers are dead set on trading him.

Sadly, the Panthers have to contend with the likelihood that if we don't trade off some of these stars now, they're simply going to walk in free agency anyway.

CMC should have been moved years ago when he had value.

I've been a big fan of most of what Fitterer has done. He's put a lot of talent on this roster for relatively little compensation. This coaching staff cannot get it together though.

Buffalo has always been one of my top 5 favorite teams for as long as I can remember. I'm happy to see them enjoying some success. That being said, it's a long season. No point getting hung up too much on one game.

I don't know or care, but I'd love to see about 5 or 6 of them.

Well I think your base argument is that Baker can't play, and I think that's highly debatable. He's certainly played at a much higher level than Darnold. I'm not saying he's a "special" player, but there's not a logical comparison between the two as far as talent and performance is concerned. PS - how old was Cam when he won MVP again??? Took him a minute to hit his stride didn't it?
