Tepper needs to look no further than a mirror to see who is to blame for this crappy team.

During his entire head coaching career, Frank Reich's two teams combined for a record of 42-48-1 across six seasons including going 1-2-0 in the playoffs. Knowing Reich's' past six year record, how in the world did Tepper think he would instantly go from being a career loser to a sudden winner?

We will know more next year when we can improve the offensive line to give him more protection and get some receivers that run the correct routes and have the ability to get open.

That was really tragic and very sad news about death of Nottingham Panthers player Adam Johnson.

Frank Reich had losing records, even when he coached decent teams, so how in the world did the Panthers so called brain trust think he could take a very bad team and win. This never made sense to me.

If Tepper is smart (Jury is out on that) he will chose Ben Johnson, Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Johnson is the hottest name on the market. With experience for the Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions, he's been an offensive coordinator since last season and became one of the brightest minds in football. He chose to stay in Detroit despite generating head coaching interest in the past cycle, but it probably won't be the case again in 2024, especially if Tepper throws lots of money t him.

Bingo!!! You are 100% correct. It is like they schemed a playbook around a QB that they had little confidence he would be able to play in a up tempo mode, so now we are stuck with a scheme that is total garbage.
