It doesn’t matter what we all think. Until proven otherwise it only matters if Tepper is done with BY. Realistically when has Tepper done anything the “way it’s supposed” to go? He falls in and out of love with coaches & players like it’s an item. Tepper will fall for whatever the next coach wants. That’s my opinion.

I want a fresh start at QB. At this point, those numbers even with a bad o-line is dreadful.

How many of you would want to accept a job under the following conditions? Everyone was basically let go for poor performance. Oh one small thing, there is a guy your boss wants to keep. This is a key position to your success . This employee has greatly under performed and isn’t necessarily your pick. Remember your job is to be successful but you have to use this one guy. Add in the last two people at your position was fired pretty quickly for lack of progress. None of you would do that. You’d want to bring in who you think is best fitted for your style to succeed.

Go back and look at the games he was getting hit or rushed… it was a big difference. You can see what you want. I’m just giving you my opinion from a perspective of someone who wants UW to win but also the Carolina Panthers too.

I’m a UW fan that lives in Seattle area. I’ve watched him play… I think he’s an outstanding college player. I wouldn’t take him 1st or at our 2nd round pick. Maybe I’m wrong… I just think he might be too fragile in the NFL. Go back and watch the past games, dude has all day and doesn’t get hit much. Plus I’m not a fan of BY at all. I would love to get a different QB but UW QB isn’t it.

How much Tepper paying you to say good things? No really, you getting a $20 or maybe a free drink?

The huddle is a yo-yo from week to week. I still am in fever of blowing everything up! Get rid of everyone. A complete redo start over and change everything. Go as far as rip out the carpet in the front offices, tear down drywall, change the light fixtures, rip out the artificial grass, get new vendors for food & drinks! Most importantly get everyone that’s okay with losing away from this team.

Time to do a full reset of this team. Gut everyone, replace that losing mindset with fresh players.

It all comes down to, does Tepper want Ben as his next coach or not. If he does, now he knows the price.

If it is the right decision we will do the opposite.

Look at #9 stepping up to get a win. That little guy stood tall today to get that win. Sure it’s baby steps but at least he’s doing as good as he can.

I have not read everyone’s responses… The Carolina Panthers get what they got! Teams pay good money to have risk analysis done on their top choices. Carolina Panthers must have not done such research or had the pick ready no matter the outcome. I do not feel sorry one bit for my Carolina Panthers. You want to avoid doing what is standard and let the analysis give you correct information or not. Hopefully the Panthers learn.

I’m actually glad she’s taking the time to learn. Do I think she’s making decisions? No, but maybe one day she will and that would be from putting the time in to educate herself. I think of it this way: 1. I would rather the wife be learning about the team and how to run the organization from ground level up. She will be more likely to speak up to her husband when he’s doing too much or too little. Good thing! 2. I hope she becomes engrossed in the Carolinas and the Panthers so much that it becomes her home and favorite daily activity. This keeps the team from moving or if he was to pass, she knows how to keep an organization running. I actually have more faith in her than him. She got to where she’s at with more than a pretty face. I would bet she’s not some dumb woman most on this board want to make her out to be.

As a person that has done analytical work and risk analysis for 25+ years… I wish I could help my team I’ve pulled for since 1995, my Carolina Panthers get this figured out. Carolina Panthers, bring me in with a few of my staff. I’ve already worked with an NBA team. That particular team picked the coach my team had the best grade on. Note: it’s worked out for them.
