    It’s safe to say that since Rhule has taken over they have put an emphasis draft-wise on athletic measurables and potential. In order for this to work you have to have a staff that can develop these players, we haven’t had that until this year.

    Will our D be able to stop power running offenses which ate us alive last year? I don’t see teams going after Horn much and Jackson can hold his own so teams will more than likely run at us until we prove they can’t.

    We could still end up with Baker after the Browns release him. No way he’s on that roster week 1.

    A lot depends on if Tepper has guaranteed Rhule more time past 2022. If he has then Rhule could start Sam and only insert Corral if the bottom falls out.

    I think making him compete for the starting job is better than handing it to him without him earning it. TBH he wont have to be very good to beat him.

    Without knowing much about Corral I’d go with TE on offense On defense I’m still concerned with this team getting gashed by power running teams.

    If he could hit Brady one time like that hit he had in college I’d be ok with it.

    I’m not buying the “Tepper is being patient”rhetoric. He didn’t fire him after last season because he didn’t want to be called reactionary. He was quoted as saying the contract he gave Rhule was embarrassing which tells me if Rhule struggles early and often this year he’s gone.

    If Sam is starting the season I can envision a 70/30 run to pass ratio.

    It’s going to take a lot for Corral to make an immediate impact. He was in a one-read offense that was pretty basic, at least that’s what I’m told. Wouldn’t be surprised if Sam keeps the #1 status until he starts falling apart.

    If Matt goes into week 1 as the starter that in itself should get Rhule fired for giving up all those picks for Sam.
