  1. literally the 8th reply in your thread (the most pied post).....calls that fact out. lol. I'm out. Have a day.
  2. the fact Brown came from a system with the blocking scheme Frank Reich would be using.....was probably a key reason the newb/green OC got the job. I mean, there is a reason Frank hired Brown.
  3. You basically made a thread that calls out all your lecturing logic over the past several weeks boss and don't seem to be able to grasp that you did that. I guess I'll tune in next week to your new thread, where you finally conclude Frank Reich's O not Thomas Brown's uniquely built from the ground up O stinks.
  4. I mean that's old news, and that's probably why he made the list to be hired....because that's what Frank was going to be doing here. In the O Thomas Brown wasn't going to be calling for some time. I wish they would have let Thomas Brown build the O from the ground up. And call it from day 1 of the preseason. You seem to think I am bashing Brown. I am not. I like Brown. I don't like Frank's old crap. Again, go read up on the end of Frank's time in SD and Indy. This is Frank 101.
  5. the ONLY reason it was brought up....is because for some reason people wanted to deny the Frank Reich O we have been running last week for the first time. When I hear someone deny the Frank Reich O is our offensive core....all I hear is flat earth. I mean, all I am doing is disagreeing with the way one sentence is worded in reality. Thomas Brown built the Carolina Panthers playbook from the ground up. He didn't. It's worded that way to make him sound good. You can reword that same sentence and it sounds a lot different. That's all I did. And it acknowledges what we are. Frank Reich gave Brown his playbook. Because Frank was going to be running his O and told him to add his own stuff to it. That's the meshing of the two ideas.
  6. well, if we can't count right decisions that don't involve him dealing with a mess he created? It gets tough. He mended the relationship with 89. But that's not even football reality. Fan related.
  7. Sure, it does. because they hired Thomas Brown and the initial setup in reality was he wasn't being employed as a real NFL OC. Frank was the OC for practical purposes. So to make Thomas Brown sound the best possible.....you overstate things he is involved with. To make him look good and sound good. It's all PR. Nothing wrong with it. Which is why I don't cherry pick that one instance out as nefarious lying. They have sold much bigger bologna than that sugar coated version to hype Brown's job/role. That's what saying Thomas Brown built this playbook from the ground up does...it overstates and overplays what he is and did. To make him look good. And that is the business. For everyone. It's not about lying. It's just PR to sound good. Reality is he never built it from the ground up. He took Frank Reich playbook. Because the base of the playbook was going to be Frank's....and added to it. But that doesn't sound as good when looking/talking about Thomas Brown. The newb OC who wasn't even allowed to call plays when he came here. So it's a word game. I just acknowledge it's a 24/7 PR game for essentially all teams.
  8. I mean, sometimes Tepper makes the right decision....but it's usually because his wrong decision put him in that position to have to make it in the first place.
  9. well, I'm normally a buyer not a seller. I buy from either stubhub (bought mine this Sunday there) or Ticketmaster
  10. I'd sell those Dallas tickets online. If they are good seats a Dallas fan would likely pay you well.
  11. it's weird, it's almost like coaches and teams just sell you a bunch of bologna publicly they want you to believe. Not that it's all rooted in truth. So maybe you can't put much stock in their words. I got this weird deja vu feeling.
  12. Right before Frank made the decision to give up playcalling (all on his own, his decision, just like it was when he did stuff in Indy)_.....he essentially told us what is going on. To me that was coach speak of telling the world this is Colts/Isray all over again for him. Frank does not enjoy his weekly Monday morning Tepper meetings.
  13. not as good as season 1 IMO but the Loki stuff is high end. Loki, Hawkeye and Wandavision have been the only ones I have enjoy.
  14. I wish Mr. Scot was here today so he could call you a conspiracy theorist who refuses facts from the horses mouth over his own imagination.
  15. again, a young offensive mind. and both windows made sense to it (Rhule and Frank). not retreads. not old guys. I haven't spent the time to invest who we should because we are going to be stuck with Frank for 1 more season.
  16. I don't know who you want. I simply responded to your post about we should of hired Wilks. We shouldn't of. We shouldn't of hired Frank. We shouldn't of hired Rhule. and we shouldn't hire Harbaugh. He is a problem waiting to happen too. So maybe we will.
  17. he looked good when the Colts just flat out busted coverage and didn't play defense. Which were his two best plays. I mean, credit for seeing it. But that was the best players on the D. Because this O can't actually challenge and beat people.
  18. I didn't advocate for sticking with Ron. I'm just acknowledging Wilks is essentially Ron (which is what YOU are advocating for). I've been consistent. For YEARS. We need young offensive minds. That's what I wanted post Ron Rivera. That's who I want to be hired. Which we haven't done. and post Ron we have hired a fraudulent defensive college coach and an old dinosaur retread HC who surrounded himself with older dinosaurs to oversee things.
  19. the trade to 1 was technically made for no one in particular if you believe the extensive reporting around that time. Tepper just wanted to be able to get anyone he/they ended up deciding on was best.
  20. yeah, that's why I said it doesn't mean all that much. It's just numbers. And like the Fewell stretch is only 4 games. Just overall way too many variables. But I think it is safe to say, Ron and even Rhule lead some more successful teams and offense than Frank Reich has to date. And Frank is the "offensive" guy. I think the reason why is because they had essentially nothing to do with the offenses and Frank does.
  21. I mean, Frank even had his folks like his old roommate Boomer out pimping of what a Frank Reich QB is during that window.....and they assured us 100% it was a CJ Stroud type.
  22. then we should of just kept Ron Rivera at that point. The move to Wilks isn't a move. and no on Sam Darnold.
  23. the comparison is just to Matt Rhule. Nothing else. I'm not a supporter of the move to hire Frank or any of these old dinosaurs. It was a bad and wrong move. Frank sucks. Saying he doesn't suck as bad as Matt Rhule isn't a compliment of Frank.
  24. Frank is bad. Matt Rhule is horrible. Frank gets the edge simply from a respect stand point of dudes in the locker room.
