Just a great post! That's exactly what I think, just way better said! Julio was a hope and a prayer. While he's a great player, they lack the other pieces. They've missed out on some draft picks in the meantime as well. In order to climb out of their current hole, they are going to have to hit on some draft picks and hit on those FA pick ups. Their front office hasn't had much success in either avenue. I can't say I feel bad, or even sympathetic to the Falcons. I've hated them for so long, I kind of enjoy watching the hope fade from the franchise and fan base right now =) I'm not a good person =)

If I may dig this up, because some of y'all might be interested: Sparrow Racing League goes live tomorrow with the weekly update! https://www.bungie.net/en/News/News?aid=14086 So basically, competitive Sparrow Racing. There are some microtransaction things for different sparrows, but everyone is able to get the same functional sparrow. The buyable Sparrows are purely cosmetic. Color me in! It's a 3 week event, and I'm not sure how often it will cycle. I'd love to have it cycle with Iron Banner so I can concentrate on each one at a time! I was watching Datto and PlanetDestiny's gameplay of the race tracks, and it looks fun. Anyone going racing?

I must give you props for the Titanfall picture! I still love playing that game from time to time! Sure, they have a right to feel good after last week. Doesn't every team feel confident after a big win? Could they beat us? Absolutely. Any given Sunday..blahblahblah. The Panthers would have to give them a hand and completely lay down. It is entirely possible because we've won 8 games this season, and are due for a let down. Then again, we've had let downs versus other teams, but we still won. I don't see the Panthers taking the Titans lightly. I think the Titans will put up a fight, but I think we will grind them out. Mariota doesn't make a lot of mistakes, which is fairly amazing as a rookie, but he hasn't faced our Defense. We also haven't had a complete game yet... They can feel great now, like every team that's faced us thus far, but we're not the Saints or the Bucs. Just wait >=)

The Panthers would have take the banner down anyways because of Stadium policy. Good luck getting the theft charge to actually happen. We have been extremely welcoming to all fans, and that's fine. They pay money, they can come and watch us beat their team and cry on the way home. BUT hanging a giant banner proclaiming that NC is a Packer state...yeah that's a bit much. It's dumb. I've meet some very passionate, but reasonable Packers' fans throughout the years, but the NC Cheesehead Banner is out of line. Has Roaring Riot, or any other Panther fan group, done anything similar? It's one thing when they travel in numbers, bring their individual sign, and are loud enough to be heard over the TV. That's fine, but disrespecting our house? Take'em all down! I love that Cam did that, and I'm sure Cam or the Panthers will do something for them. If I were Cam, I'd give them all autographed jerseys, Cam Newton jerseys. Support your team, not the popular one!

Do you really see this as the end of the Luck for Hall of Fame story? I think the world will give him a mulligan for this season because he's Andrew Luck. Love that you're using the history of Gaul =) No one pays enough attention to the history of the middle ages! And I love the point about it's what's NOT said that's almost as important (or more so) than what is said! Again, great post! I hope you are making money off these!

Great post there Mr. Scot! As much as I have enjoyed Steve Smith's career as a Panther fan, he time in Carolina is over for now. I'm glad his son wants him to come back, but there's no way in hades he does. The reality is that we let him go so Cam and the other team leaders could emerge, and they have. Steve is a Hall of Fame player in my opinion, but he would not make us better right now. The locker room would change, and it would also hurt the organization's credibility. When 89 does decide to retire, then bring him back for a one day contract to retire as a Panther. He's the best player in our current, short, history, and he deserves to retire as one of us. BUT he doesn't need to come to play. The biggest and best point is that Baltimore has lost all of his big games this season. Sure, points can be made that he doesn't play defense or the rest of the team, but he's not helped them become a winner right now. That's just the way it is. I love what he brought to our team for so long, and I will always think he's one of the best players in the league over his career; but he's not right for us right now.

Are you in a clan? You should try to find one that works for you. That's the best way to find raid mates. I'm at 283....the grind is real! I just need more time!

You have to give this fan credit. That's a pretty honest and frank assessment of the game and what it means. If the Panthers can go to Seattle and win, we should feel really good about our season and the playoffs. Seattle needs to find a way to beat a good team. Per usual, this game will come down to the 4th quarter and who makes the big play there at the end. We have to pressure Wilson. If we let him go to town...it's going to be a long day. I think Seattle's D is going to try to make a statement after blowing some games this year... Dangerous! But I think this Panthers team has the will to do it.

Arms-Day to do!!! So, if you are at least level one, you can get stuff. If you're limited by time/glimmer, get the Omalon Sniper! I got it when I leveled my gunsmith on a rep item turn int. IT'S AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My rolls are just OK, but the gun handles so well. It has more impact than a LRD/Longbow/Her Benevolence. This thing is really amazing! I'm a below average sniper, but it helps a lot. Not great aim assist, but it handles so very well. I LOVE that thing!!! I got myself up to 274/275 yesterday. Looking forward to hitting the strikes and CoO. I just ran the 36 strikes for the quests (I'm way behind) and did some other fill in things to get my quest logged clear. Man, it was great! I can't say enough how much I love the way upgrades come! I just need to get back into doing the daily story missions and crucible missions for marks. I have some gear I REALLY like that I can up grade. TTK is the destiny we wanted. I know they are going to drop the ball on some things later, but man, they really hit a homerun right now!

I think they were thinking the Saints weren't going to show... Whoops, look who didn't show up thus far? They have to get back into this game, Our defensive line is getting manhandled...

Dude, I feel your pain! I'll be online this weekend in the evenings. I'm finishing up my arms day weapons (2 more centurion snipes) and going to farm some glimmer (so broke). I should get that done this afternoon. I'm sitting at 221 light...getting there, just need more time. I think that's pretty good considering my very limited play time this week =) Speaking of Arms Day, what did you get? Got Danger Close, Full Auto, and a Stability perk in the final three. It really needs the stability. I was just playing with it, and it has a lot of kick with those four bullets. I wish I'd gotten headseaker instead of danger close because of the kick! I would have been a machine! But it handles well, like all Hakke to me. I love it! Y'all pick up anything cool?

So I have something funny to admit: I struggled with the final story mission, regicide.... Yeah, 12 tries! Sadly, I had to resort to weapons of light and Ghorn...but I got him! Fun, but what a pain =) I guess I need to git gud! I'm really enjoying playing, though I need to work on my light! But I want to do quests! What a terrible problem =)

Yep, after thinking about it, I agree. So I spend way to much time obsessing over Destiny through the b.net forums, reddit, youtube and podcasts (i know, I'm a addict) and what I've come to see is that nothing is worth it. The game will get you the loot you need to get better. Exotics are NICE but not necessary to be awesome. The new legendary items and the infusion system will keep you well geared for the long run. So only if I have all that I need on my now three TTK characters (used the spark on my 11 warlock, instant 25 with gear), then I'll save up marks for that. From everyone who'se putting stuff out there, don't stress out about marks and stuff, just keep playing. Legendary engrams seem to be dropping A LOT more often! Slight update: I just did the 3rd TTK story mission......holy poo what an amazing story! Great writing, wonderful visuals! And some great surprises...like the one on the way to Cayde's stash....it's hilarious! I wish I had more time to cruise through because I am having SO MUCH FUN again!

You have to go to the hall of guardians (where the three vanguard folks are. There you will find three kiosks, one for old quests, one for exotic weapon blue prints and the third for exotic armor blueprints. You can see which ones are year 1 versus year 2. The Hawkmoon is a year two exotic because it was PS exclusive, and they want to throw a bone to us xbox folks. To bad I need to get level 40 and 175 exotic marks....That will be a while!

Dude I feel your pain! I only get about 20 minutes in the AM and maybe 30 in the afternoons when I'm not picking my son up from preschool... It's almost worse as I get a tease but then have to go to work where they keep adding stuff to my plate...All I want to do is kill aliens with my flaming hammers of death (oh yeah...that's sweet!!1) Oh and I forgot to mention to everyone: from my curious engram (as a year 1 vet), I got the Hawkmoon! It's as beautiful as I've seen and heard online! Looking forward to leveling it!

So I did the first story mission, which is necessary to open up the new subclass. I love getting new stuff, and I'm getting lots of new stuff =) I'm swaping out for Greens at 165 over my 170 PoE gear for no other reason than it's new =) If I can play this afternoon, I'm going to try to get my sunbreaker quest done =) I am very happy with a lot of the changes, BUT from a story perspective, I wish there was a little better intro for new players. I mean, I'm a Destiny nerd so I don't need any introductions, but brand new players might feel a little caught up and confused. Again, Bungie needs some work on that tutorial. I need to delete my new shader and emblem so I can get my green engram. Apparently they are dropping exotics. I'd love to get lucky and get a hawkmoon...but yeah, it will probably be a dragonsbreath =P TTK is a new Destiny, and I hope that those who bailed after TDB and HoW will give it a shot. The quest system means you'll always have plenty of content to do (unless you're a burner in a day person), and options. I love the new bounty system system as well. The cut scenes are very good, and I can't wait to see more. I have so many questions, and I can't wait to finish the story to see how it turns out!

I finally got Thorn, Bad Juju and Invective! How do y'all like the new weapon trials? Interesting guns. I like them a lot!
